After close to 24 years, we made the decision to replace both our air conditioner and furnace for more energy efficient models. Once we determined the best product/manufacturer, finding the right company for sales, install and service was certainly a long, time consuming process. Reading many online reviews, you tend to always find a mix of folks that had a great experience and those that didn't with a particular company. With Cozy World, however, all of the reviews appeared extremely positive so after meeting Boris, hearing his ideas for the most appropriate models to install (providing different options from a cost perspective) with no pressure or "salesy" speak, we made the decision to go with his company. And let me tell you , we were not disappointed. All the reviews are very accurate in terms of the professionalism and care the crew took both inside and outside the house and any issues that did occur, were resolved extremely quickly. In our case, the wrong model furnace was delivered on the install day but Boris came in person, addressed the situation by getting the right one and the install proceeded that same day with minimal time disruption. While it has been less than a year, both furnace and AC have worked beautifully but I am confident that should any issues arise in the future, Boris will be there to help resolve them quickly. Thank you Boris and Cozy World for ensuring our overall experience was a positive and non-stressful one!

I would highly recommend Cozy World. I am currently renovating an older home. I comparison shopped before hiring Cozy. After meeting them for the first time, I decided to go with them. They are honest, reliable and do a great job.

We purchased a Lennox SLP98 and Wifi Thermostat from Cozy World. We obtain quotes from several companies. Fred came to provide the estimate. We chose Cozy World because of no-frills, straight-to-the point, cordial and respectful advice. The new furnace was installed 10 days later. The old furnace was removed, and the new furnace was installed quickly. Everything was left clean and tidy. The installer was professional and very nice. Fred followed up after the install to make sure everything is running well, and also took care of the registration and rebates. I wanted take take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Boris and the Cozy World inc. team as their professionalism, workmanship and customer service deserve recognition. Right before the holidays my furnace was tagged as unsafe and was shut off leaving us without heat. After receiving a quote for a new furnace from Enercare, I called Cozy World Inc upon the recommendation of a friend. Recognizing that is was right before the holidays, Cozy world inc arrived same day, inspected the furnace and provided quotes along with a detailed explanation of the advantages of each option. The quotes were very reasonable ($1000 less than the quote I received Enercare for the same furnace). Once we agreed to proceed, The installers arrived next day as to ensure we were not without heat through the holidays. The Installers were friendly, professional and the install was quick and smooth. The installers went out of their way to keep our home tidy and after the work was completed, ensured everything the site was left clean and all waste materials removed. After the install, Cozy World Inc. took care of registering our warranty with Lennox, applying for the applicable rebates on our behalf, and contacting Enbridge to ensure the unsafe tag was removed from our furnace. When we had to replace our furnace we stumbled upon Cozy World Inc. on Home Stars. We called in for a cost estimate and received a quick and polite response. Appointment was scheduled shortly after. Boris arrived at our home, inspected the old furnace, and provided us with a clear and detailed quote. Although we have made up our mind about the furnace that we wanted he took his time to explain the differences between applicable options. After this conversation we were even happier with our final choice. What we enjoyed the most is how knowledgeable and accommodating Boris was. As it was a first furnace change for us Boris took his time to walk us through the installation process. There was no sense of pressure to make a decision nor did we feel that the visit was a sales call. The entire installation took ~3 hours, and the crew did a fantastic job. After finishing and cleaning up, they gave a few tips on potential maintenance, good places to get the right air filters, etc. Finally, Boris very promptly helped with application for the Ontario heating incentive (rebate) for our new furnace. Bottom line: great work, thorough and courteous crew, great overall experience.

Thank you very much for your help with getting us warm and "cozy" again Boris. Our 30 year old furnace died yesterday. Called you guys last night. You were here today before 9 to figure it out. Everything is now done and the new furnace is working fine. To turn this around in the same day at a better price than anybody else we asked - you guys are simply amazing!

My furnace was not working. Boris turned up the same day and installed my new furnace the same afternoon. Boris was great to work with and the installation was fast and very efficient and reliable. I recommend Cosy World very highly.

Boris installed HVAC 5 years ago at old place, called up again for a new home. Furnace was acting up. Fred came over on time and had it working in minutes (clogged water outtake line). He also looked at the humidifier and fixed the electrical (not extra charge)! Simple job, and Fred kept it simple. These guys are great! -Arthur & Family

Was in the process of listing home for sale when the A/C died. Cozy World arranged to run a diagnostic the same day I called. While it could have been repaired, they recommended a new unit. Came the next day for the installation. Professional and tidy. Highly recommend their work.
