    Furnace Repair

    I previously called a local company whose tech came late and says I need parts or a new furnace. I then called Fred for a second opinion. Fred came promptly, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes. Awesome! I am very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Fred maybe my 2nd call this time, but this experience makes him our family's 1st choice going forward.

    new furnace and hot water tank

    The guys came and did a very good job installing a new Lennox double fan furnace and hot water tank. They quoted the job and completed the job at the price stated, no funny business, no problems.

    new furnace and hot water tank installation

    I've had a new furnace and a water tank installed recently by CozyWorld. I've talked to Boris on the phone and he came to our house on the next day to give us a quote. He was very helpful in explaining the multitude of different options that I had to choose from; he was also very professional and straight to the point. The quote from Boris was reasonable (in fact, it was about $1000 lower than another quote that I've received), so I've decided to go with CozyWorld. I've bought the new furnace through CozyWorld (and the hot water tank at HomeDepot). The installers, Kam and Vali, did great job. Everything was done very carefully and professionally. They've spent a full day installing the furnace and the water tank (they've also installed a chimney liner and a humidifier). I liked that they did not rush through the job (as many other contractors do), but instead took their time and finished every little detail properly, the way it should be done. So the bottom line is that now I'm very happy with my new furnace and new water tank. And I highly recommend CozyWorld - they offer truly great service at a reasonable price!

    Lennox furnace supply and install

    The furnace is great, very quiet and provides good heat distribution. The installers were very good, showed respect for the house, they were very efficient and spotlessly clean during and after install. Good job!

    Furnace, Humidifier and Air Conditioner

    I was most happy with the service provided by Boris and his company. The installers were very knowledgable and worked very efficiently to provide the utmost systems for my home. I would highly recommend Boris and his firm to anyone looking for this service. He explained everything to me and returned more than once to go over the details with me.

    Professional, courteous, experienced heating service

    Perhaps the best contractor to have come to my home. Professional, knowledgable, used plain English to explain the problem and the solution. Highly recommend. Came on a Friday evening, in the winter, at short notice - excellent.

    Replace old furnace + humidifier

    Please don't hesitate to call Boris! He's very honest, patient and attentive. On the day of installation, a crew of 3 men lead by "Kam" showed up on time and worked hard for 6-7 hours till the job was done. When all was done, he took the time to review the work and made recommendations about the type of filters to buy. We are very impressed with the company and will not hesitate to use again in the future! Thanks Cozyworld!!!!!

    New Furnace and AC installation

    We've all had bad service and remember how it felt. Fortunately that's not the experience we had with Fred and his team at Cozy World. I can truly say that the team at Coay World were EXCELLENT! They are true professionals and their after sale support was equally great. Our furnace was installed three years ago and just last spring we had Fred back for a new AC install. Again their work was excellent. Fred even went so far as to follow up and process our provincial rebate ensuring we received it. These guys are great and I would recommend Cozy World to anyone.

    New Furnance - Happy Customer

    Just before November, the parents' 24 year old furnace failed and ended up being red tagged due to corrosion of the heat exchanger so scheduled appointments with several heating contractors for a new furnace. I ended up arranging visit from Cozy World due to all the positive reviews on HomeStars. Boris arrived on time and did a better inspection than other companies some who only did a sales presentation. Based on the quality of the visit, pricing and desire for Lennox (manufacturer selected based on predicated future availability of parts plus quality of construction, e.g. fully enclosed burner), we selected Cozy World. The appointment was originally set for several days wait but Boris was kind enough to move it up in consideration for the weather and my parents' age. Kam and his assistant did a nice job installing the furnace and left the area clean of all debris. Boris took care of the rebate and parents have been happy for past two months and commented on how quiet the two-stage unit has been operating. Normally I don't go to this effort for a review but felt proper credit was due for the great service received. Thanks.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We were changing our old electric baseboard heaters for an new gas furnace and air conditioner, but the house did not have any ductwork for the new furnace. After doing lots of research I found Cozy world to be the best in cost and rating. We were very happy with the work that Boris undertook for us, having a contractor put the ducts in for us then installing the furnace. The price was reasonable and Boris was very honest and attentive, even filling out the rebate for us and addressing our every concern. I would highly recommend Cozy world as our experience with the company was very good
