We purchase our new furnace from Cozy World and they installed for us. They were GREAT! Fred came to our home right on time and installed the new furnace, showed me how he did everything and tested new furnace and then cleaned everything up and took my old furnace away. We are very please with the service and level of professionalism and follow up after the furnace was installed. We would highly recommend Cozy World to all our friends and family.

I am pleased that I went with Cozy World and FRED for my Furnace and AC install. The company had a very good response time from the beginning till end that there was no need to follow-up. Farhad walked me through the options and his recommendations. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional in his conduct. Fred came in on the day of install and did a very thorough and meticulous job. Overall it turned out to be a very clean and professional install. Farhad applied for the rebates and I got an email that this was done. Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with my experience dealing with this company and their competitive rates. We initially called Fred at Cozy World in December of 2014, and had no problem with our new furnace. One cold evening in October 2015, we needed some more help I am still so impressed with the service and kindness shown by Fred at Cozy World. When we turned on our furnace one evening, we received an error code. I emailed Fred at 10:30pm at night, explaining the problem. He responded first thing the next we morning (at 6am!) and he said he would be over the same day. True to his word, he arrived (almost an hour early!) and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. When I asked him how much the service call would be, he simply said not to worry about it, and that it was covered under warranty. Fred at Cozy World has come through again! I am so happy that we chose this company, and their customer service and attention to detail will allow me to recommend their services to all of my family and friends. Thank you again!

We would like to thank Fred at Cozy World for the very professional and considerate manner in which he dealt with our A/C breakdown in one of the hottest weeks of the past summer. We felt no pressure what so ever in discussing the four options we were presented with and in complete detail he explained the pros and cons of each. Also, taking into account my wife being nine months pregnant at the time, Cozy World was able to reschedule previously booked appointments and expedite our install date. They even submitted all of the rebate requests on our behalf. Being a small business owner myself and realizing the benefits of excellent customer service, I am highly recommending Cozy World for all of your heating and air-conditioning requirements.....

Our furnace was >15yrs old and needed replacement. We ran several quotes with various companies and was impressed with CozyWorld whom our friend referred to us. Farhad provided the quote to us with and was very honest, providing us with suggestions as to what models makes most sense to replace with. On the day on installation, Fred and Brendan arrived promptly and installed our furnaces professionally. They made sure that everyone was working properly and the new furnace sync'ed to our NEST going through the updates/etc. Overall a very pleasant experience, thanks Cozy World!

The entire process from quotation to installation was seamless. Farhad was knowledgeable about Lennox products and gave me a wide range of options which helped me alot. As a first time buyer - I felt very confident about the products I was buying. The installers were very professional. I am very impressed. Very nice and clean job! I highly recommend Cozy World. A friend of ours used this company when they replaced their furnace so we requested a quote when it was clear we may need to replace ours this year. Boris came to our house to provide us with a quote. He explained several different options to us and we chose which one we wanted. Less than a week later, the furnace has been installed and we are very happy. His installers arrived first thing in the morning on the agreed day. They put down drop-cloths to protect furniture and flooring and worked diligently through the morning and early afternoon. When the job was finished they made sure everything was cleaned up and that all packaging as well as the old furnace was removed from our property. They tested the system to make sure everything worked as it should and explained a few other things we had questions about. Very professional and friendly. The next day Boris emailed to check that everything was to our satisfaction (it was), and also sent us all the necessary receipts and details required to claim our rebate on the furnace as well as all the paperwork for the warranties. Based on our experience, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

I found very positive reviews about Cozy World on this website, so I decided to give them a try. The company was very professional and efficient. Cozy World then helped me choose the right Lennox package and equipment for my home. Never once did I feel pressured throughout the sales process. All in all a good experience.

Boris came to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything. He also takes care of the paperwork for rebate. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the brands they use.
