I was looking for a new furnace I have had great success with homestars in the past so I came back & found CozI World, spoke to Boris on a Saturday, he came the following Wednesday as I requested, was very professional,he installed the furnace the same Friday,his installers did agreat job and cleaned up,I would highly recommend Cozi World.

This week Cozy World installed in our house a top of the line furnace, thermostat, air cleaner and humidifier to our great satisfaction. Although we had 2 more quotes that were just as competitive, I decided to work with Boris due to the fact that I was comfortable in my dealings with him. Boris is a true knowledgeable professional and a straight shooter. Fred, the installer, did a very fine job with attention and taking care of the little details, which is a rare thing. We have been very pleased with all aspects of our dealings with this organization.

The best and most professional HVAC company I've dealt with. My current furnace, a/c and water heater all needed to be changed due to age. Since I live in a condo I needed to wait for the condo board to approve the work and that took over a month. Fred offered to fix my a/c for free while I waited! What service! Fred sat down with me and discussed all the options of what to buy and what was needed for my needs. He was not pushy at all trying to upsell his products and was very honest about what type of HVAC system I needed in my home. His prices are competitive to other companies. His team came in on time, explained how the work would go, kept me up to date wihile they were working and were extremely professional. Such hard workers they were! Would definitely recommend!

We had Cozy World install a new Lennox furnace, Lennox air conditioner, and John Wood hot water tank. It was a very good experience. The team was professional and prompt. From being professional, punctual, knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and making sure that I was well informed to make my decision. I needed a new AC I called cozy world after seeing all these good reviews on home stars and Lennox website , Fred returned my call he is professional, straight up and friendly. He set up the installation 2 days later. Installers were also very experienced and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend Fred and cozy world to my friends and family

I had a new AC and furnace installed at the end of June and my family and I couldn't be happier. I was treated as a valued customer right from my initial phone call to Cozy World, up to and including the installation and follow up. Fred spent a fair amount of time with me and explained all my options when he provided the initial quote I needed. After I received a couple of quotes from other companies, I decided to stick with Cozy World. Fred was professional and very honest and didn't try to sell me the top of the line only or something else that I didn't really need. I have a family member who used to be in this line of business and he told me the quote was very fair. That was enough for me. I was sold! The installers (another man named Fred and Reza) who came to my house were very friendly, courteous and professional. They both went above and beyond providing good service. Fred even went so far as to come back the next day to look at something that wasn't even part of the service. Cozy World was recommended to me and I am passing on my recommendation through this avenue. Trust me! You won't be disappointed. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm almost looking forward to the winter so I can try out the new furnace! Notice I said "almost"! Enjoy!

Our AC was not working so we looked around and found Cozy World in our area. The technician showed up on time as promised, checked our existing 20 year old system and gave us two estimates, one for repairs and one for replacing our furnace and AC completely. We shopped around a bit and found Cozy Worlds price to be the lowest. Installation was on time, the workers were very good, the job was done quickly and everything was cleaned up before they left. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good value and excellent workmanship. 10 out of 10!

Cozy World is a great company to deal with. My husband and I are very impressed from day one up to the end of our transactions.
