Heater and AC Installation
Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Very responsive and excellent level of service. Reliable equipment and very neat and organized from removal and install of equipment. You could not ask for anything better!!

AC Installation
We moved into our new house and there was no AC. I found Fred on home stars and contacted him and Cozy World. They came immediately to do a thorough assessmen,all things were identified to us and the cost was very competitive. The installation was done within two days of agreeing on price and ac type. The installers did a thorough job and were polite and knowledgeable. I reached out to a few companies and Cozy World were the most responsive, clear and professional

Install new Furnace, A/C & Humidifier
Excellent work done by the staff who installed the furnace, A/C and humidifier. Fred was on top of all that was done and constantly kept in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Fred provided all the help and also answered all our queries, even provided the information needed to get the rebates, and the warranty. I could not ask for me.. i would recommend Cozy co to all who read this article.

New Furnace & Air Conditioner
I selected this company because all their rating were 10. Also, we had a lengthy discussion with Fred when he came to our house to prepare his quote. We were well repaired with a list of questions. Fred is very knowledgeable about HVAC. His installers lead by Kamel were very professional, knew what they were doing, took the time to explained to us about the installon as they went along. They were very clean workers. They vacuumed behind the old furnace and left the utility room clean. Before Kamel left he showed us how to properly light the propane gas fireplace. We highly recommend Cozy Comfort for any service to HVAC and new installations. We are very happy with our new Lenox efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Not a mark or scratch on them, good installation!!

Furnace and Air Conditioner replacement
A professional job - neat, tidy and clean from start to finish; Boris was knowledgeble and thorough, Fred did a great job removing the old and installing the new - great products, great staff.

AC and Furnace
After our AC broke, we got several quotes on replacement and Boris from Cozy World as the first not to upsell to a higher end unit. His prices were on par and or better than others. I went with Cozy because he was a premium installer for Lennox and he and his team did not disappoint. They arrived 10 mins early and started with just laying down drop cloths. They were very quick and clean with the installation. After the installation was complete, they ensure that my existing NEST was working. 2 days after the installation, I received all the details for OPA rebate and Lennox rebate and warranty registeration. Overall very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.

Installation of new air conditioner
We contacted Cozy World based on reviews found on Homestars and we weren't disappointed. We received quotes from 3 other contractors but felt the most comfortable with Fred for many reasons. Our job was complicated because the AC unit is on our flat roof, and the air handler is in the attic (crawl space only). Due to the location of the AC, we needed another contractor (carpenter) to open up a hole in our living room ceiling to gain access. Fred made time to come by when the carpenter was here to ensure the hole was large enough and that the supports were in the right place. Once done, it only took Fred two days to finish the installation. The energy efficient Lennox model he recommended qualified for the heating/cooling incentive and Fred submitted the form for us and gave us clear instructions on next steps. The rebate ($400) was approved in 2 weeks. Fred also registered the units with the manufacturer (Lennox) for us. We really appreciated his technical expertise and overall fantastic service. He was also extremely competitive on price. The air conditioner works great and we would definitely recommend Cozy World.

Furnace Replacement
So glad I cam across Cozy World, Boris really knew his stuff and the price we were quoted was amazing, the staff that installed did an excellent job, very clean, polite and quick! I would highly recommend using Cozy World for your Heating/AC A+++ Service

New Air Conditioner Installation
We needed a new AC and the Lennox unit recommended by Cozy World was an excellent and affordable choice. The Cozy World installation team were absolutely wonderful. They could not have been better- efficient and professional. We are very happy with our new unit and would highly recommend Cozy World. Truly excellent customer service.

AC repair
I had some cooling issues in tje house. Fred came and had no idea that I have a high velocity system which I wasn't aware that they do work on this type of system. Fred still tried to load up the gas of the AC unit to try to better the system. Unfortunately, nothing happend and just recommended to have a different contractor look at my system. He didn't charge me anything. Very honest guy and wish I was able to close a deal with this company. Thanks again Fred.
