    Lennox Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton 13 SEER

    Fred and the team from Cozy World were immensely helpful , and a pleasure to work with. Flexible, honest, and delivered exactly what they committed to - on time and budget. Truly a pleasure - and would use them again in a heart beat.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    Boris did a great job helping us to select proper size unit for the house, he explained all possible options. Installation was done very quickly. AC is running beautifully. I would highly recommend this company for all heating and AC services.

    AC

    My AC ceased on Sunday, when outside was 35 C. So I called Boris (he installed my gas furnace 5 years ago and he kept low prices when all other guys jacked them up by 1500$ to pocket government rebates money) , next day he arrived in the early morning, checked the AC unit and electric panel, gave me number of options, without pushing and attempts to sell the most expensive AC unit available. I decided go with new installation. The installers arrived at my house same day at 3 pm and 6 pm everything was professionally installed, work site cleaned and AC running. Boris also registered the unit with Lennox warranty by himself and did follow-up inspection. Very happy.

    Lennox air conditioner

    This is why Cozy World is THE BEST. I called on Tuesday when it was +35 degrees and an air conditioner was installed by Thursday at lunch. Boris is the best and so are his staff. Thank you Kam!!! Love these guys.

    New AC and furnace

    We had a fantastic experience with Boris and his contractors. He was very professional, punctual, and reliable. He squeezed us in as our AC was not working and saved us from the heat. We would refer Cozy World to anybody!

    AC Installation

    Cozy World has always provided great service at a fair price. We have never had an issue with their worker. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

    New Air COnditioner

    They showed up within 12 hours, recommended only what needed, and the entire unit was properly installed within 24 hours. The price was reasonable, but the service was amazing. Thanks again

    A/C repair

    My A/C wasn't running yesterday, but I didn't confirm this until the wee hours of the morning (furnace fan was running for 4 hrs and thermostat showed 'AC On'). I decided to call Fred today to see if he could come over to take a look. Fred showed up 20 minutes after our conversation and got right down to work. Within 5 minutes he found the problem: Mice had chewed through a couple of the wires in the A/C unit. Fred repaired the damaged sections and the unit came back to life when we turned it on! I'm extremely pleased with the fact that Fred could accommodate me on such short notice (on a Sunday morning, too!). Like my first review, I highly recommend Cozy World to anyone looking for a company with superb service and knowledge of HVAC.

    New Air Conditioner

    Needed to replace a unit that had given up after 21 years of service. Boris came quoted and had it installed within 24 hours which was great given the heat. Friendly and competent installers who cleaned up after.

    Air conditioning unit

    Fred from cozy world has been servicing me for years,he always outperforms himself as always,my air-conditioning unit gave up last night, I texted Fred and he showed up within the first 30 minutes. Fred performed repairs flawlessly as usual, his experience is bar none, without second-guessing he knew exactly what was wrong. I highly recommend Fred and everyone else from cozy world not for only their experience but their honesty.
