Our Lennox furnace packed it in about 3 weeks ago after 25 years of great service. I was thankful that it failed when it did because I was not in a panic to get a new system instantly and it allowed me to do some research in what is out there these days. I came across Cozy World and read some reviews and decided to call. Boris responded instantly and within an hour was at our house,did his inspection and explained what HVAC solution he was proposing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and professional without any pressure to up-sell or get a instant commitment. I called 2 other major suppliers to see what they will propose and to get a feel for the value proposition each company was offering. To make a long story short I chose Cozy World because by far offered the best technical solution and the best value. Boris set up the installation date and the crew showed up on time and worked all day and finished the job of installing the Furnace and A/C unit. I have to say that these guys are THE best contractors I have ever come across and I do have HVAC experience. Fred and his assistant were simply awesome. Our new system is simply a work of art thanks to Fred who is a perfectionist and the Lennox Furnace and A/C is so quite I kept going to the basement to see if the equipment is running. The house is very comfortable with even distribution of heat everwhere you go in our house. Anyway if you are considering installing a new furnace or A/C do yourself a favor call Boris at Cozy World you will not be disappointed they are simply great.

Finally decide to replace ancient furnace and air conditioner. Got a few quotes and chose Boris and Cozy World based on price and professionalism. Kam was equally professional with the installation. I also appreciated their follow up with respect to rebates. I would definitely recommend Cosy World.

I should have written this review years ago, but forgot. Boris Sherman and his company Cozy World installed a new furnace in our house 4 years ago. We were new home owners and did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes. Boris spent 45 minutes in our basement explaining every little detail to us and answering all of my questions. With zero pressure to buy. We picked him and are still very pleased that we did. The furnace install (by a nice guy named Fred) was excellent, clean and efficient. (I was pregnant at the time and slipped on the stairs going down to take a look. The guys gave me their phone to use and stayed with me to make sure I was okay. They were very kind.) The furnace is great and when, nearly 4 years later, we had a small water leak from it, Boris answered my email within hours and sent someone to take a look. It fixed it for awhile, but then leaked again a few months later. Fred was in our basement within one day, replacing the entire internal unit with a new one. He was in and out within a couple of hours and no leak. Boris and his team are amazingly responsive and thorough and efficient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing furnace work. I've never written a review for a company, but these guys are awesome. Seriously.

Boris and his crew were quick, courteous and efficient, much more affordable than Dir. Ener. Installed new furnace in Feb. 2014, no complaints, works great. Would recommend to anyone looking for heating/cooling solutions.

My furnace broke down 3 weeks ago when the weather was still cold. I needed a new furnance immediately as I have kids at home. Also I decided to replace the old furnace and AC together as they were both over 25 years old. I got two estimates; one from an Authorized Carrier dealer that they do the yearly maintenance of my furnace & ;AC, the other one is from Cozy World. I called Cozy World as they have the best reviews on HomeStars. The Carrier dealer viewed me as just another customer.On the other hand, Boris came to my house and examined the old furnace and AC. He inspired confidenced in me by his knowleadge. I wasn’t wrong. The next day as he promised, the Cozy Wold guys were out to do the install. I was very happy with the quality of work and the clean up that Cozy World did.They didn’t leave any mess in the basement. They did a professional job from start to finish

I am happy to be able to add my satisfaction with Cozy World. We called after seeing the positive reviews on home stars because they spoke to their professionalism and fair pricing. This was absolutely our experience. Boris was extremely courteous and knowledgable. I wasn't up-sold or pressured into buying more than we needed and the price was extremely good. Even my husband was impressed. Kam and his team of installers were great and explained everything really well. Happy to recommend them without hesitation and am telling all my friends and neighbours. Farhad bent over backwards to help us claim warranty on a blown motor for our furnace. They installed our a/c and media filter as well and we will definitely call them again and recommend to our friends. Thanks so much!!

We tried several companies and all of them tried to oversell us. Far too many BTU's for the area of our house. Plus they tried to throw in items that would cost us thousands more. Boris to the rescue. He came, measured, calculated and told us the truth. Boris and Cozy World saved us a lot of money and headaches. And the crew was the friendliest and most experienced I had ever witnessed. Cozy World will make your world very cozy. At a cozy price too. Highly recommended!

Like so many others, my furnace was not working properly and we called Cozy World because of all of the great reviews they have received here. I called at 9am on a Saturday and spoke with Fred. I explained the situation and he was able to come out that same day by noon! After troubleshooting the problem with the existing furnace, Fred let me know the various options that I had, from repairing the 20 yrs old furnace, to the different types of new furnaces. Because their price was so good, we decided on a new furnace and the next day, the Cozy World guys were out to do the install. Having dealt with another company for a new A/C a few years ago (and not very pleased), I was very happy with the quality of work and the clean up that Cozy World did. Other than the new furnace, you would never have known that any work was done in the basement. Carpet covers were used, garbage was removed and they even cleaned up some of the messy work that had been done 2 years ago. I will be calling Fred and Cozy World for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks Cozy World!!

They certainly live up to the expectation! Boris came to our house and examined the old furnace and AC. He is very nice, knowledgeable and fair. He tried to come up with the best solutions to our house instead of up-selling the most expensive furnace/AC to us. We nailed down the models that we need and fixed an installation date quickly after a few emails exchanges with Boris after his initial visit. It was Kam and Vally that came to our house to do the installation. They are amazing! They arrived early in the morning, did a wonderful and clean job. They are professional. They spent time explaining the general maintenance of the furnace and AC to us and answered all our questions patiently. Thank you Boris, Kam and Vally. We are extremely satisfied with the service we got and will definitely go to you again if we need future service.
