Re: Cozy World Inc. Christmas eve broken furnace motor (power just went back on, suddenly no heat.) Just wanted to let everybody know they are as advertised. On time, Fred called back when he said he would. Price was what they said it would be. Friendly manner and didn't try to up sell me. Wish everybody we had to deal with was like this. Very satisfied would recommend!

I was very happy with Boris. He was nice, prompt, and his crew was friendly and efficient. I'll now tell you why I selected him in the first place which is the most important thing. Boris was the 2nd person to respond to all my emails the day I started looking and he came the next day. I saw 4 different companies and in the end I selected Cozy World. Of them, Boris was NOT the best salesman. However, he was the one who focused the most on telling me about construction, furnace needs, options, etc. He encouraged me to email/call him with any questions about furnaces, and not just money and financing options. I really liked this. I took him up on his offer after doing lots of research and he took the time to respond to half a dozen emails with questions about furnace details. This was extremely important to me. I will always choose someone who is keen on educating the consumer first and foremost. After it all I have a new furnace that I'm happy with, and I also know way more about gas furnaces now than I'm willing to admit!

We awoke to a pretty chilly house on Dec 26th, 2013. After trying to reach the company I have dealt with in the past, I read some reviews on Homestars and decided to call Cozy World. I immediately got in touch with Fred who promised to be out within 2 hours. He arrived punctually, immediately assessed the fault, and came up with a cost effective way to address it. He was kind, patient, courteous, and kept a clean workspace. My wife and I cannot thank Fred enough for his help, and we would gladly recommend his services to our family and friends. We will be calling Cozy World for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

Our furnace was broken and we first worked with another company who had serviced our furnace in the past to attempt to get it repaired. This was not successful and we were not happy to have spent time and money on repairs only to find out that we had to replace the entire furnace! We contacted Cozy World because of the great reviews on HomeStars and are really glad that we did. Boris was informative, professional, and was able to provide us with a detailed quote immediately. We were able to schedule the installation the next day and they too were courteous and professional. The use of drop cloths and slippers to ensure that no dirt was left was appreciated as was the email from Boris letting us know that he had registered our furnace with the manufacturer. Overall an A+ experience. We would highly recommend Cozy World.

After being told, by another company who repaired my furnace that it needed to be replaced without delay - and within 24 hours finding that it had indeed stopped working - I decided to call Cozy Home for a second opinion. They answered my call and were at my home within a few hours. Fred spent time diagnosing the problem and soon my furnace was working again. It turned out that the problem was a part the previous company had installed on my furnace. Not only did I have a warm home again but he assured me that my furnace was good for another 5 years at least. A massive saving for me. Boris and Fred - you are the best! Thank you!

We arrived home after work and found out our furnace was not working. Next morning I called Cozy World, and Mr. Farhad came on the same day and was very honest, helpfull and knowledgeable! Me and my wife were so glad to contact Cozy World, and we recommend them to everyone!

Consultation for the furnace installation was informative and thorough. It was done by Boris, who had previously installed a furnace and air conditioning combo at another property for us. Fred and team arrived for the installation on time and worked with precision in adverse weather and a tight space. We appreciate their cleanliness, politeness and respectful manner. Support and communication throughout this project were exemplary. Thank you Boris and crew.

When it got cold enough for our furnace to start up this year, we found it was behaving erratically and would not kick in at all on some cold days. After a call to Cozy World, Farhad agreed to come by and have a look. The problem was a faulty circuit board which he replaced the day after that. All's well. He also spotted an issue with the attached humidifier and made another trip to install the proper transformer for that ... for free. He was never hard to get hold of; either answered the phone himself or returned the call immediately if I left a message. Courteous and efficient.

We had a big old furnace which we didn't even feel safe to have in our house We called Fred from cozy world he came in to our house he quoted us for 3 different furnaces and explained us the difference among all three, we picked ML195 Lennox furnace, and I have to say we are extremely happy with our furnace, Cozy world Inc is legitimate business and they do things Right, I Highly recommend Cozy World Inc

We purchased a new Lennox furnace from Cozy World Inc. Farhad was very help full he provided us 3 different quotes, We picked the one we liked he scheduled us for the installation, Our furnace is somuch quieter than our old furnace and heats up the place better thanks Cozy World I highly recommend this company if you are in market to buy a furnace
