Fred answered my phone call right away. My furnace was making a terrible noise. He was available, prompt, accessible and punctual. He was also courteous, honest and answered all our questions. I will always recommend him to friends, family and clients.

On a very cold morning my furnace shut down. Fred took my call at a very early hour and arrived when he said he would. He fixed it and educated me along the way. Outstanding service all around!

Fred did a great job. Excellent work adding a new gas line to stove and central humidifier. Great workmanship, friendly and exceed our expectations. We would consult his service in the future.

Our furnace broke down on one of the coldest day of the year we called cozy world Fred answered the phone promptly he showed up at our within an hour he fixed our furnace very quickly and left us with the furnace working.

Even though I called late in the week, Farhad was nice enough to schedule an appointment to install a furnace humidifier the following day. He arrived exactly on time and in a few hours the humidifier was installed and working great. Really nice guy and very professional. Thank you again Farhad and Boris.

****Cozy World is the real deal! Class A service Highly Recommended! I originally called Boris from Cozy World about 3 years ago. I had to replace my furnace & he came right away. Within a few days my furnace was installed. Kam & Kosta did an excellent job they were very professional & friendly. Boris followed-up with me a few days later to see how things went advised him all went excellent. Last week we noticed water leaking from the furnace just replaced 3 years ago so I was shocked. I called Cozy World & talked to Fred. He was at my house the next day. Fred checked the unit & advised me the heat exchanger was leaking which has a lifetime warranty for P&L. Within a few days he had the heat exchanger & came to replace it. No Charges. Fred was also very professional & knew his trade well. He was also very friendly & great to do business with. He also gave me some tips to try & prevent this from happening again. There are other things as well that impressed me about this company & it's people. Cozy World is Top Notch an all around great company. Honest, caring & know their business well. Highly Recommended!!!

Boris and the Cozy World team were extremely responsive when we needed a new furnace installed. They gave us a quote and installed it within a few days of the initial call They even rebuilt the AC vent which was previously installed incorrectly. They were kind, professional and more than fair. Now the house is warm and ready for winter :)

Our furnace fan would not turn off - resulting in blowing cold air whenever the heat was off. As we are having a baby in a week this issue was urgent. Fred came the same day and was able to solve the problem in less than an hour. We will use Cozy World again in the future! Very happy with Fred and his work.

My furnace wasn't working properly and only blowing cold air. With a pregnant wife and it being below freezing at night, it made for an eventful night. I called Cozy World in the morning and they were there in an hour. They replaced the part in the furnace that had burnt out and were in and out in an 20 mins. Thank you Cozy World!

i called in the morning to get my furnace repaired and they were at my place in a couple of hours, at the time they said they would. they quickly and professionally fixed the problem and everything is working great now. thanks!
