We had been having issues with our furnace always turning on and off and never reaching temperature. Fred and Chris came to the house within 1/2 hour and very quickly resolved the issue. The service was excellent and they are definitely going to be my first contact if ever needed. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of furnace service and repair.

Our furnace was driving us crazy! It turned on and turned off, sometimes not turning on at all. We called the guys at cozy world and they came very quickly, were very courteous and finished the repair very fast! We would call them again and recommend them to everyone!

We had a squeaky furnace that we thought was going to cost a fortune to fix. Called Boris and Fred for a quote on a new motor, the part was ordered that day and replaced the next day. Fast, efficient and friendly and the price was way better than the three other quotes I had from homestars top ten repairers. Fred from Majestic was originally referred to me by a workmate after I'd had negative experiences with other industry "professionals" and also the HVAC parts supply market in general. After our intial meeting I was impressed by his honesty and willingness to find the best, easiest and most cost-effective way to solve the issue at hand. 2-yrs and a few visits later (all for different jobs), Fred is our go-to guy for anything heating, air, gas fireplace or gas appliance related needs. We trust Majestic with our family's comfort and it's budget and recommend him highly to anyone concerned with getting great, honest service at a fair price!

Excellent service from the initial phone call. Boris was very professional and helpful in selecting the furnace that we needed for our home. In addition, his employees explained things as they were performing their jobs. They made sure that when they delivered the furnace, they would not scratch the floors. They had also cleaned up after themselves and took out the old furnace for us. The quote changed during the process and we ended up saving $80 more! I would highly recommend Boris and his crew.

Boris and his crew did a great job with replacing our old furnace and a/c with new units. They carefully analyzed the best options to ensure minimal finished basement ceiling and wall damage. The finished job was very neat and the new equipment works very well.

Purchased : Goodman GMH9570 Furnace (96% Efficency) -Two stage(70,000 BTU) Goodman GSX24 2 ton AC -13 seer Price $5400 Salesperson – FRED: I was initially impressed with FRED knowledge and patience in dealing with me. His willingness to explain the areas I was a little confused about really won me over..... One stage, two stage, .. !. Anyways.. he took the time and explained why I should go with one vs the other. He also recommended the 10 years extended warranty, . Decided to go with majestic against many other companies as I read too many bad things about the quality of their work done by their installers … I mean… contractors homedepote sent a sales person and they wanted eighy five hundred for a trane system!!! The last guy I had in was a friend of mine price was right, trust was there, but ultimately decided to go with Fred due to price and overall vibe I got from him, Fred professionalism really won me over. Installers: what I can see, they went above and beyond. -Got here on time (10AM on a Saturday with only half an hour break! at the end they did a nice Clean up the whole thing went amazing.. everything was left as it was before -I have a finished basement – they covered my stairs and floors so they wouldn't get dirty Overall, great team… already started to give word to family members about them …. Recommended if you want honest, affordable HVAC guys

Excellent service right from the get go. From estimate, timing, helping with gas meter installation advice, to the final installation, Boris & his guys did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their heating system.

I called a series of companies to mount my existing Air Conditioning unit. Most companies wanted to nickle and dime me for everything and the cost ballooned out of control. Fred e-mailed me back and his cost was the lowest. It scared me initially because the cost of the work but after reading his reviews, his constant contact with me and his explanation of the work needed I felt comfortable. I booked Majestic to do the job and they showed up on time, completed on schedule and while watching their work, Majestic included all "nickle and dime" work that the other companies wanted to charge me for. It is hard to fine honest contractors these days but I would DEFINITELY use Majestic again. Don't be fooled with the cost, just because the price is cheep, doesn't mean their work is.
