We were on the hunt for a new furnace and received outrageous quotes from various companies. After reveiwing this website and seeing the awesome feedback from Cozy World customers, I had to give it a try. We ended up with a furnace and air conditioner for less than the quotes for just a furnace!!! Installation was quick and neat. Boris's customer service was awesome. He sent e-mails to ensure we were happy with the service, and that the house was warm when the temperature dropped. If you are on the hunt for any of these things give Cozy World a call! You won't be dissapointed!

I found Cozy World through HomeStars and Fred didn't disappoint. We were able to set up a consultation immediately and within a few days of our first call we had a brand new furnace installed! Would absolutely use Fred and Cozy World again.....great service and professional people. Congrats Cozy World. Well done indeed.

Our sad old furnace decided to stop working on a cold night last Sunday, so Monday morning at 8:30am I called Cozy World. Fred was over looking at it within a couple hours, quickly determined the issue, then gave me my options: repair for several hundred, or replace. We opted to replace, and Fred had quotes for 3 types of furnaces by that afternoon. We settled on one, and the installers where there Tuesday morning to install. The installers were great guys, who even cleaned our AC filter, after noticing it was rather dirty. The whole job was done by evening, and our house is now quite Cozy indeed. :)

I recently bought a new home with not forced air system, it was electricity only. I found cozy world on homestars and they were the quickest to call me back and when I met Boris I was very pleased and decided to go with cozy world. I now how a new heating system in my house duct system, gas lines and furnace all installed in a few weeks and everyone was very professional and polite...you will not be sorry picking Cozy world

Noticed some strange noise from the furnace on Sunday(Nov 10). Called Boris the next day, after talking with him Fred (the technician) called and appointment was set up for Tuesday(Nov 12). Fred came in on Tuesday at around noon time and had the motor replaced. Fred was very helpful and professional, a job well done. I would have no doubt to recommend Cozy World to anyone.

Boris came to our home the day after we called and was very pleasant and struck me as quite honest. He was knowledgeable and gave the least expensive quote of a few estimates I had done. Two days later, his team came by and installed our furnace in about 5 hours. Kam was also very kind and helpful and did an impeccable job. To top it all off, Boris followed up the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great price... Great work... and Great Customer Service

This Sunday I found out that my heating system did not work. Since I had a very good experience with Homestars.com site before, I went there to find out what was the best company to call. The first in the list was Cozy World Inc. Even on Sunday afternoon, Boris picked up the phone and assured me that a technician would be able to arrive the same day. In an hour Fred was at my door and fixed the problem in a very fast and professional manner. I was very pleased with Cozy World's fast response, professionalism, and their reasonable rates, and I would like to recommend them to my friends and anybody who needs a good service for their air system.

Fred fixed my furnace! Over the phone he was able to figure out the likely cause of the malfunction, and as such, he brought the necessary parts with him for my furnace make and model. He was in and out in under an hour and I was toasty warm. I would definitely use Cozy World Inc in the future. Their turn around time was quick and the work was affordable and done right.

This is my first review here and I usually never leave reviews. If a person does a good job I would usually refer them through word of mouth to extended family and friends. The only reason I am taking the time to write this review is because of the amazing work. I do own a small business and having worked with a handful of contractors I can say Fred is one of the best person out there. So here is the story, I had called Fred around late September for an in home estimate to replace my 25 year old furnace. He arrived on time, checked everything that technically needs to be replaced and gave me a price quote. He was honest and straightforward with the cost and effort. I did receive three other quotes and his quote was in the middle in terms of cost. I decided on Fred because he was very professional and he clearly explained all the work that needs to be done on my estimate. Fred then setup a time to install, which was today. The appointment was at 9am but Fred arrived 15 minutes early, he and his partner first covered the floors and stairs to basement with carpet. They wasted no time, my old unit was removed and they installed the new furnace within 3.5 hrs. After the install they even swept the place and left the place very clean. I am amazed by the quality of work and professionalism. The new furnace is working great so far and the house finally feels warm. I am very glad I chose Fred and it was a job well done. Thanks Fred and I cant recommend more:)

They installed a new furnace and air conditioning for us and we are very happy with the quality of the work, price and customer service. We discussed and met with both Boris and Fred and they always took their time to make sure we have all the answers and also followed up to see if everything works good. We met with few contractors before deciding to chose Cozy World, and we are sure that we made the right decision and definitely recommend them to anybody who needs work with the HVAC.
