I called Majestic when I had a leak in my foundation and my contractors asked me to move the AC out of their way Fred gave me a rough Idea how much it would cost over the phone and he showed up on time and did the job with a very professional manner and charged me as we agreed on the phone great workmanship and honest work,

I could not get the air conditioner started during the last heat spell. I called Boris and he sent Fred to investigate the problem the next day. Fred was very helpful and efficient. He identified / replaced the defective parts quickly and the air cond is working again. The temperature in the house returned to normal. I met Fred through a good friend of mine who had Fred do some work for him. I asked Fred for an estimate he showed up at my house checked the job and later on at night emailed me a very clear estimate. installation was done very neat and clean. I couldn't ask for a better job, I highly recommend majestic indoor air.

Fred of Majestic Indoor Air is a reliable and knowledgeable professional who provides excellent service and who I strongly recommend to anyone requiring HVAC services. My first experience with Fred involved his repairing my malfunctioning new gas furnace and air conditioner which were poorly installed by someone else 4 months prior. Fred promptly arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems for a reasonnable fee. (The original HVAC technician/installer attempted about 4 times to properly fix his poor workmanship but was unable to do so.) My second experience with Fred was following a flood which had submerged the furnace. Fred returned my call and inspected my furnace immediately. He recommended replacement of the furnace but unfortunately I did not act as quickly as I should have and as a result my gas company shut off the gas. The gas company representative explicitly told me Fred was right! Fred quickly responded to my emergency request for assistance and immediately replaced the furnace and checked everything (e.g. the air conditioner) to ensure all was working properly and safely. Fred left the area cleaner than when he arrived and showed complete professionalism. His rates are reasonable and he is a trusted HVAC serviceman/installer.

I had a very difficult time deciding on which company to use for the AC installation (they were quoting me very expensive price for the service) and I could not be happier with my decision to go with Cozy World. Boris and his entire team did a brilliant job with the installation process all within a reasonable budget that I was aiming for. The team that did the installation were attentive to my concerns and made sure the entire experience was pleasant and efficient. I have had the A/C installed for over a month and I am satisfied with the result and the service that I received. They even provided me with a cover for the AC during the winter times. I had my air conditioning refrigerant line broken when I was cutting the grass around my AC . I contacted a few companies through Home Stars for a quote and FRED responded quickly. He visited the house a few days later and provided me the quote and offered a few options to save me money. Then he came with another guy and they spent a few hours fixing the line and testing. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the quality and the cost.

Last week our Air Conditioner stopped working. I called Majestic on the basis of the HomeStars reviews and I feel I need to add my recommendation to those already here. Fred answered my call promptly and came over the same day at the time he said. He looked over the situation and realized that my problem was simply a faulty electrical switch to the fan. He had the replacement part in his van and the unit was running again quickly. I was incredibly relieved that we did not have to replace the AC unit, but when we do, I will be calling Fred. He is honest, reliable and knows his business.
