Boris came when he said, as did the installers who worked through the horrendous rain and power outage. Actually worked with headlamps on due to power outage. All on time, polite, professional, installed in one day. Ended up cheapter than quote :)

I called Majestic Indoor Air to service my AC after being fed up with another contractor. Fred found the problem very quickly and showed me where the other contractor went wrong .. Fred is very knowledgeable about his work and humble at the same time .. Do not waste your time with other contractors call Fred for your AC problems ..

I was very impressed with our recent A/C replacement completed by Majestic, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to install or upgrade their system. The intermittent Toronto heatwaves made it clear that our 15 year old central air was on its last legs. I decided to contact Fred after reading his positive reviews from HomeStars and was not disappointed. He was prompt in responding to my questions by phone/email, and flexible with regards to scheduling the quote and install at our place. The install by Fred and Chris was professional and clean. Due to our narrow laneway, rather than leave the system on the ground we requested to have our A/C mounted on our wall overhead by brackets. I also appreciate the small details - laying down mats through the entrance while they worked and cleaning up the basement afterwards. The installation looks great outside our home, but most importantly, works amazing inside. A ten year warranty through Goodman is a nice plus.

They were able to send technician next day. It appears to be costly repair so we decided to go with the new AC. The work was done in couple of days. Our A/C failed this summer so we decided to replace the A/C and Furnace. Received 5 quotes and decided to go with the Cozy World. Boris was very professional and explained all of the work that had to be done. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Fred did a great job - the quality of the installation work was very good.

Fred from majestic indoor air came to our house and showed us different type of furnaces and air conditioners and explained us how all of them work and what options we were getting from each one of them .. we made our decision after a month and that didnt change anything and still we got the same price. we are very happy with our new HVAC units. highly recommend majestic indoor air if you are in needs of HVAC system.

This is my second time using Majestic Indoor Air (Humidifier install was the first job) and I am very please to say that once again I couldn't be more satisfied with the work and service performed. My A/C went down while was out of town for work and my wife had contacted another service company from which we rent our water heater from. They diagnosed the problem and quoted my wife more than double what the repair work really was. Upon my return, I called Fred at Majestic and the next day he came in to perform the repair quickly and efficiently. If you want quality, friendly service at FAIR prices, you don't need to look anywhere else.
