Fred and his helper were excellent, for a reasonable price I got a good system for my house and I have 10 years warranty on parts and labor, you couldn't ask for a better contractor, great workmanship, compatible pricing, friendly and VERY honest people. I would recommend Fred to all my friends and family .

Boris and the installation crew from Cozy World were excellent and very competent We needed to replace a very old electric furnace with gas and Boris came the next day to quote on the job and get all the specifications. When we finally had a gas meter installed, the crew arrived on time and worked very hard in tight quarters to get the job done. They were excellent at their work, found soulutions to many problems and were also very nice guys! We would highly recommend Boris and his crew to anyone needing help heating or air conditioning.

Fred installed a BBQ gas line for us for our new house, his price was good and he did an excellent job running the pipe inside our basement, One thing I wont have to worry about when I finish my basement is my BBQ line ( completely out of the way ) I highly recommend whoever reading this to use Fred service. he is AWESOME at what he does.

I found majestic indoor air on yellow pages fred came to our house gave us a free estimate for a new air-conditioner and patiently explained how everything would be done, he recommended us to get the extended warranty for a fair price . and on the installation day did the work neatly and left the place cleaner than before ... Boris gave a prompt response, a reasonable quote, and a detailed explanation. As an extra he even found out that we had a gas leakage around the gas meter when he checked our old A/C unit. My husband and I are very pleased with how professional Boris and his team are. Cozy World is highly recommended to any families that need A/C or furnace service. Called Cozy World for a new high efficiency furnace and spoke with Boris. He came out to the house to provide me with an estimate and to match the correct size furnace for the home. Boris took his time to review the options with me. A month later I called Boris back to have the work done. Boris remembered our meeting and scheduled the install a couple of days later, Boris's team arrived and completed the install. They took great care removing the old beast that lived in my basement, and left the area just as clean as they met it, if not cleaner. Thanks to Boris and his install team from Cozy World for an outstanding job.

When my hot water heater leaked, I realized it was time to not only get another one but to upgrade my 40+ year old furnace. I received a quote from Direct Energy (don't go there) and then saw the favorable reviews for Cozy World. Boris arrived the same day I called him and gave me a quote for exactly what I needed. He was very practical, explaining that for the size of my house and my price range, I didn't need a top of the line furnace with all the bells and whistles. I bought a high efficiency furnace and Cozy World also lined the chimney for the hot water heater. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

Boris called me back right away and answered all questions patiently and thoroughly. He even sent Kam in to look at my duct work to ensure there would be no issues with installation. Kam is a gem of an installer and did a excellent job. He didn't even care that it was pouring rain and he was soaked to the skin getting the work done.
