All the reviews are true. Cozy World superb service. Called Boris for appointment, showed up exactly on time. I knew nothing about air conditioners (as most people) and he explained everything in clear, accurate details. What needed to be done, the junky old unit, how new one would be installed. Sat down promptly, gave the estimate which exactly matched the prices on his web site. No "hidden/additional fees." We had a couple of other companies come in for quotes, price did not compare, but more importantly, Boris gave me info. which I asked the other company and they could not even answer. Scheduled install. Showed up before scheduled time, install went smoothly (I was not home) but spouse said it went great. Tried the a/c already, works fantastic. Next day Boris sent me information to register warranty with manufacturer and follow-up email on install. I would 100% recommend Cozy World.

My wife found Fred on homestars, we called him to set up an appointment to service our Air conditioner, we are very pleased with his service he had the faulty part in his truck ( capacitor ) in no time he had our air conditioner up and running also he cleaned the coil outside and checked our furnace also,

After being in the market for a new A/C for over a month we decided to go with Majestic Indoor Air, because their price was very compatible and their 10 years warranty on parts and labor sounded really good .. Also I have seen some HVAC guys way of working, Fred is very professional compared to all of them < I highly recommend you all to call Fred,if you are looking for a reliable contractor

I have used Cozy world in 2009 for AC and Furnace installation and was 100% satisfied. did not have any issues with the equipment at all. This year i am doing renovation in my basement and needed to relocate furnace and air ducts. Called Boris and he has proven the company ability to satisfy customer. Kam (he did excellent job in 2009 for installation) has stopped by, we discussed few options and i was very pleased with suggestions and quoted price. Job was done perfectly, everything as promissed quick, clean and nice. I would recomend Cozy Word for all your HVAC needs

Recently decided to finish the basement and the main trunks of the HVAC were running straight down the middle of the basement not leaving much headroom once the bulkheads were installed. I called Majestic and Fred came by and re-configured the duct work so that it ran as close as possible to the walls and in between the joists. Fred was very diligent and professional and really did an excellent job of freeing up a lot of space in the basement. It made a very big difference to the project. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that requires HVAC work.

Evaluated 3 quotes to replace original HVAC system and found Cozy World & Boris Sherman to be the best on both prices and level of service. As a retired Architect, I found the Goodman brand is equal to any major, advertised system and the installation was 100%. Thoroughly satisfied!

I recently purchased a new Air-conditioner from Majestic indoor . Fred gave a good price on my unit and also he mentioned that he could move the air-conditioner for me (that was something I wanted to do for a long time ) He treated my house as it was his own house I am really happy with his service. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I called Majestic when my furnace started to make grinding noise, Fred could tell what the problem was over the phone I gave him the model number of my furnace, he came to my house with the new motor now the furnace is even quieter than before. Excellent workmanship and customer service.

I wasn't in a rush for central air and talked to 4-5 companies in the past year. Some were heavy on sales and magic payment plans, some were strong on brand but had high prices to match, the people who seemed the best to work with carried brands with terrible ratings. Cozy World was the first that met all my criteria: a well-rated brand (Goodman), quiet operation (several db lower than the competition, and Boris suggested both the vibration-absorbing base and base pad), all at a reasonable price. So far so good, but as all A/C reviews show - long-term happiness varies directly with the quality of the installation (look for Goodman reviews, they tell this story real well). The Cozy World team met or exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a difficult route to run the line out. Boris planned for access panels where drywall would need to be opened up. Then the team came and figured out how to do it with fewer holes. They found and fixed a slow gas leak in two of the joints that were being moved. I suggested they remove the humidifier if they needed more room to run lines, as it came with the house and hadn't ever worked. Instead they saw it wasn't correctly wired and fixed it. These guys are exactly the people you want, they really do leave every situation better than they found it. Cozy World was fantastic to work with. I'll recommend them every time and look forward to working with them on whatever heating, cooling or gas line need comes up next. Cheers, -Eli.

After receiving several quotes from HVAC companies, I found Fred to be the most honest of the bunch (he doesn't have that smarmy salesman vibe). When he came to quote on the job, he not only inspected everything that needed to be replaced, but he began to give me options on where to run the gas lines, told me the gauge of pipe he would be using and how he could move the hot water tank to give me more space in my laundry/furnace room. I inquired about going Tankless for the water heater and he told me not to waste my money. In fact, if I purchased my hot water heater from Home Depot I'd save money, be a lot happier and have a better warranty than what he could provide. Fred even called the company that had to remove my old oil tank to explain there was a bit of extra work involved in getting the tank out. Not once did Fred try to up-sell any of his products and assured me that what he would install would last for many years. On the day of installation, Fred and his helper arrived on time and started by putting tarps down throughout the house. He was very mindful not to make a huge mess in spite of the fact that his work space was limited in spots. Fred worked well into the evening to ensure we had heat that night. The next morning, he arrived early, as he said he would, and finished work on installing the AC. My driveway and backyard looked as though the old furnace and AC had thrown up all over it, but when Fred was done, everything was removed and swept up. I have nothing but positive things to say about Fred. He is honest, reliable, hardworking and his workmanship is neat and tidy. The Enbridge inspector even commented on Fred's handiwork. I was so pleased with his work that I asked Fred about putting in a gas fireplace in my basement. He asked me why I wanted one and I told him because it's darn right cold in the basement! He looked around and said he could put two more registers in (there was only one to begin with) and a cold air return. Fred saved me thousands of dollars by doing so and my basement is much warmer for it! My new furnace runs efficiently and my house is warm. I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can try out the AC. Thanks Fred!
