Fred did a fantastic job beginning to end. We required a new Furnace and AC unit and decided to replace our 30 year old water heater at the same time. I was impressed by Fred’s knowledge and his obvious concern about doing quality work at a fair price. I thought it really spoke to his commitment to good customer service when he offered to install a new water heater for us in a different location which would give us some extra space in our small home and when he suggested we buy one from Home Depot instead of through him since it would be a better price I was sold. He even picked up the new water heater and returned our old one to Direct Energy. As for the actual install, the work was excellent. Fred and his associate where on time, neat and it was clear they took pride in doing a good job. The install of the new AC is much neater then the old one which was on the ground and starting to rust. The new one is level and on cement tiles. The install of the Water heater and Furnace was well done with him leaving the basement looking much nicer then when he arrived. I was very impressed by the quality of the sheet metal work he did joining the new furnace to the existing ducts. The connections are clean and look nice. When he moved and installed the new water heater he moved the existing water pipes so they are out of the way making for a much more pleasing and functional space. Fred thanks again for everything!!! I found Fred on homestars I called him and he patiently listened to me and he told me he has a guy who is a master of water heater and he lives close by my house, he arranged him to contact me , I gave him my address and he showed up at my house on the weekend, although the problem wasn't there all the time he figured what the problem was, he fixed it for a very fair amount of money,

We had a company here to diagnose the problem with our furnace and they charged us 170 dollars for 5 mins,, and they wanted another 600 to fix and replace the board we thought that wasn't fair so we started calling other companies Fred from Majestic gave us a price which was half what the other company quoted us , also he told me his service charge is half of this other company, I have his company sticker on my furnace for future if I need a heating company

these guys were very professional and efficient when they were installing our furnace. They took the time to explain in an easy to understand description of the installation. Consistency in quality and strength of air flow has noticeable increase, highly recommended

I highly recommend you all to call Fred if you have problem with your furnace he truly knows the furnaces inside out and he knows how to get you back on track when you are freezing inside your house my experience with Fred was great he's a young fellow who takes pride of his work.

Boris and his crew installed my furnace in the summer of 2010, a few weeks ago I called him for a service question and he returned my call within 5 minutes and walked me through the troubleshooting. It turned out that I needed to replace my batteries in the thermostat. I would recommend Cozy World to anyone that wants to receive exceptional service both during the install but also years later.

Great experience start to finish. Called to request an estimate, and sales person (FRED) called to setup appointment promptly and was here the next day . Price quoted was sharp, and spec of unit and the accompanying warranty was great. We accepted the quote the next day, and within a week,Fred installed the unit on scheduled day, and installed the unit nice and cleanly. They were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Fred was prompt and flexible about making an appointment and performed a thorough inspection of our heat/furnace situation. In the end he explained where our issues are, gave me some simple advice to get more even heat distribution immediately, then clearly mapped out our options for resolving the problem permanently. This is exactly what I needed.

Called Fred to come by and fix some venting issues with my furnace. He did a great job, adding an intake pipe and routing both pipes to the other side of my home, which required a bit of work. He then inspected my furnace, found the source of a leak and immediately called the company to get me a replacement part, picked it up and installed it that same day. Very courteous, cleaned up as well. Will be calling him for work in the future.

I bought a new goodman high efficiency model GMH95 from Majestic indoor air, because my old furnace had a cracked heatexchanger due to a bad installation, therefor I wanted to not get ripped off this time, Fred was the only guy who explained every little thing for me and made me realize he is an experienced installer,its one thing when you deal with a sells person and another when you are dealing with the person who is going to do the job, he showed me things that other sells guys didn't even see, he offered me a good warranty, and a great price 1000 dollars less than these big guys in the business, I decided to go with him because also he is a pleasant guy to deal with, the installation was done last week my furnace is working great, its less noisy looks nicer ( great sheet metal work) and hopefully I ll see my gas bill is smaller too. I highly recommend Majestic if you need a new furnace ..
