My furnace quit working and I phoned Fred about 1:30 PM on Tues. He said he would be able to come about 4:00PM. Fred arrived on time, found the rather complicated problem, gave me a firm, reasonable total cost and proceeded to complete the repair. Fred is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

I called Fred and left a message--he returned my call almost immediately. I explained the symptoms of my furnace issue (shutting on and off before reaching temp) and he immediately knew the likely issue. He was booked that day but had one of his guys (Amadeau) come over in less than 2 hours. He needed to come back to replace some parts, but he was quick, efficent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I asked fred to come at 10 am and he showed up promptly, He correctly diagnosed the problem. the electrical apparatus had failed and also the furnace needed cleaning. He finished in less than an hour.

We are very happy with the overall experience with Cozy World. Several installation options were discussed and Boris explained pros and cons for each of the options and helped us choose the proper-sized furnace for our home. The installation was done perfectly within two days.

Boris recommended a humidifier based on our requirements, and his quote was the lowest-cost of seven contractors I've reached out to. Plus, his followup consultation was very helpful. Fred did an excellent job with the installation of the Honeywell furnace-mount humidifier, and I'm very happy. So far we've noticed a major improvement in the air quality, and our humidity is back into the comfort zone.

Fred did a good job of moving our natural gas supply line from underground to above ground to address a Red Tag issue. He was punctual, courteous, and the price was good.

Woke up to a cold house and found my 12-year old furnace wasn't working. Called first thing and Fred promptly returned my call. Quoted a good price to replace the inducer motor he showed up within an hour. He got the job done quickly and left no mess. He also gave me good advice on maintenance. I'll be replacing the whole furnace soon with a high efficiency one and would not hesitate to have Fred come back to install it.

we bought our Goodman furnace from cozy world about 3 years ago. I awoke the other night and it seemed that the furnace was no longer functioning. I emailed and left a voice mail for boris. he called back first thing in the morning and arranged to have the installer, Fred, come by to take a look. Fred quickly resolved our issue and we were up and running. I can unequivocally state that cozy world is one of the best companies I have dealt with. three years after having sold us our furnace, they continue to offer quick, professional, and friendly service.
