I found Brian Cummins on your site. He was quick to reply, polite, helpful, gave me cost saving options, a quiet and hard worker ..and I have now referred him to my neighbour to have her chimney repaired next week and another friend who needs brick help at the back of his house.

Brian is a great guy to deal with and does great work at a reasonable price. He fixed some brick on the side of my house that was cracking a flaking. He also fixed a crack in my stucco chimney and took care of a few other little that I didn't even realize were a problem at no extra charge. I would not hesitate to hire cummins restoration for any future work.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job repairing and replacing bricks on my 130 year old Victorian house. They also parged part of the walls. My bricks were in rough shape as you can see in my 'before' photo. It is hard to believe this is the same corner of my house; it looks so much better. Brian's team worked very efficiently and magically to restore the damaged bricks. They also cleaned up the job site nicely and were very respectful. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Cummins Restorations to perform extensive brick replacement and tuck-pointing work at four separate properties. My evaluation of each project, is the same: - completed on scheduled date (except once when rained-out); - initial quote fee was same as final charge; - several days were involved in two of the properties. At the end of each day, the entire area was broomed and/or blown absolutely clear of debris, and materials still needed were organized neatly away from walking traffic; - Brian, Ben and Tyler are soft-spoken, respectful, and meticulous in their work performance and work attitude, working steadily the entire day in scorching sun and humidity. - exceptionally high caliber work, and professionals.
