I have a very old little brick house in Toronto that needed some tucking in these old bricks. The job was done great, even felt sorry for the worker, it was such a hot day, but he kept going.

Brian is amazing!!! We have used him several times before, but I had an emergency a hole in my step, front stairs and Brian came over the same day and spent so long repairing that problem. He is a one of a kind guy 10 out of 10 in every aspect of his job highly recommended . Not to mention fair in prices workmanship is outstanding.

My neighbour needed to repair his chimney . Brian came to give him a quote and noticed that there were a few bricks on my chimney that needed to be replaced. We agreed on the price, he answered my questions and I liked that in his quote he wrote in detail what would be done. He came on the agreed date and did the work. The chimney looks like new. Job well done!

Cummins Restorations professional and thoughtful teams work was exemplary: repointing extensive brick areas, repairing an aging fireplace, and restoring the basement walls-and-windowsills. They were extremely pleasant, making every effort to minimize the chaos and disruption that inevitably comes with such work -- and also diligently cleaned up after they were done. We couldn't be happier.

I recently used Cummins Restoration to repair deteriorating bricks on 3 different areas of my 100+ year home in the Upper Beaches. Brian was a pleasure to work with as were each of the three fellows who did the work. , without exception. All were skilled, conscientious and cleaned up thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to a neighbour. They repaired the bricks and parged the lower part of my brick porch post.; parged and tinted an additional portion along the south side of my house, then scribed the parging to look like bricks and finally sealed. the lower bricks on the north side of the house. An excellent job and a truly fine and excellent crew.

It's easy to find companies that will do large pricey projects, such as a new roof, a whole set of windows, etc. When it comes to masonary work, it's also easy to find companies who want to reface the entire front of your house for tens of thousands of dollars. But it's really hard to find a reputable company who will come and fix up a series of small annoying problems regarding bricks, stones and mortar all around a house that is getting up there in age. That was, until now. I recently found Cummins Restorations, and Brian and a team of three experts led by Ben were outstanding. They repaired all kinds of headaches all around the house for an impressively low fee. And they had solutions to issues that I knew were a problem but was unable to figure out what to do about them. They replaced deteriorating brick with an excellent match, dealt with coping problems around our pool, touched up stone and cement issues all over the property, etc. etc. When Brian first came to our house, we just walked all over our property, and he made notes of endless issues, and when his team came back a week or two later to do the work, everything was fixed !! Cummins is a real find. It took me years to find this company, and they are terrific. Simply finding ANY company who will do what Cummins will do is a challenge in itself, and they are tops in their field. They are one company who I will be absolutely keeping the name of. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

I had a patch of badly deteriorated multicoloured brick. Brian did a first rate job restoring the bricks to match the surrounding original brickwork. Prompt, courteous and very professional work.
