    Cleaning Services

    We have been using Custom Maids for over 15 years. Over that time we've had 5 different cleaners with the company. Each one did an excellent job. Listed below are the main reasons why we enjoy Custom Maids: 1. The cleaners are friendly. 2. They work very hard and are consistent in their approach. 3. They always complete the job duties. 4. They are flexible. For example, if no wash is needed that day, they would be happy to do something else in place (cleaning-related) which takes the same amount of time. 5. They are communicative and are proactive in their approach, i.e., they inform us of things that may cause a problem if left unattended such as leaky taps, plugged drains, etc. 6. They are not clock-watchers and do not leave work early. Overall I strongly recommend Custom Maids. You will be happy that you did. Darlene L.

    Regular House Cleaning

    We've been using Custom Maids for several years. They are efficient, competent and flexible. They come according to our preferred schedule and leave the house like new. It's very convenient for us.

    House Cleaning

    I have been using Custom Maids since 2008 and have been consistently impressed with their service. Our cleaning lady Janice does a spectacular job without fail, and in a house with 2 small children she is often dealing with quite the mess! I have also been very happy with the professionalism of the office staff and their willingness to accommodate last minute requests when they arise. I will continue to use Custom Maids and recommend them to anyone looking for a no hassle, first rate clean! Excellent value for your money.

    Home Cleaning

    I have been using Custom Maids for over eight years now and I am very pleased with the service you provide. During this period, a few maids have come and gone but all have been professional, reliable and trustworthy. From the very beginning, they have a key to my condo and I have had no issue with it. Staff at head office and my cleaning lady have been very flexible with various requests and scheduling changes. I have recommended Custom Maids to a few friends and they have also been very pleased with the services provided.

    Cleaning

    I have been using Custom Maids since 2008 and have always been happy with the service I receive. There has been a few different staff assigned to my home over the years and all did a good job. My currant person Zona has been with me now for about 5 years and does a great job. I would recommend Custom Maids to any one looking for a reliable good cleaning service.

    House cleaning

    The cleaning service was great. They always do a very detailed job! No matter which cleaning staff you get they will always go through the standard items and will make sure everything is spotless.

    House Cleaning

    We've been using Custom Maids for five years or more and have always been very happy with their service. We have used our current cleaner for about three years, and she is indispensable. Also, any discussions we've had with the main office have been polite and professional. (The cost I included above is per hour, since the site wouldn't let me write "per hour" in the box.)

    Maid Service / House Cleaning

    Custom Maids does an amazing job cleaning our home, which was a disaster before they entered our lives. Very professional, never late, and best of all, they have managed to add some sanity to our lives. It is a real pleasure doing business with Custom Maids. I'm hooked...using them weekly.     Maid service

    I hired a cleaning lady from Custom Maids and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and professionalism exhibited by the lady who came to my home. I am very pleased and will definitely use this service on a ongoing basis!

    Cleaning

    Custom Maids staffs shows outstanding cleaning service. I would definitely recommend this company to any person interested in a cleaning service because they would be satisfied with the good service they receive.

We devote more time and effort to recruiting experienced cleaning personnel than we do any other aspect of our business. To us, the ideal candidate for employment is one who comes to us with years of prior cleaning experience and verifiable references. As a result, our staff is largely comprised of traditional cleaning ladies who have been in positions of trust for many years before joining our staff. Notwithstanding the prior qualifications they may have, all new recruits must complete a training program with the Company, involving classroom and practical components. Those who successfully complete the training are added to our staff. Once employed, our standards are maintained through an ongoing program of training and/or supervision. All staff members are bonded and covered by comprehensive liability insurance. As they are employees of CUSTOM MAIDS, the Company is wholly responsible for employees' Worker's Compensation coverage and payroll taxes.
