    Fantastic Service

    I have been using custom maids for over a year now. The service is excellent. The cleaners are fantastic and if there are any issues they fix it immediately. Very happy! Thank you!

    House cleaner

    My cleaner comes every other week. She is very prompt, and thoroughly cleans my whole house. No task is too much for her. She knows exactly what to do.I don't think I could clean my house as well as her. Thank you custom maids.

    Just OK

    I've used Custom Maids for the past 3 years, but am considering a change. They are just OK. Like several other commenters, we had a regular cleaner with them who was excellent, but before and after, it seems like it's just a random collection of people. Since I've used them, I've had to get refunds for inadequate cleaning twice, and have come home to find dishes still in the sink, good towels pulled from drawers and used for cleaning (when clean cloths were provided), my permanent coffee filter thrown out twice, cleaners either leaving way too early or staying way too late, and my vacuum cleaner almost never emptied. Quite frankly, my house just isn't that dirty and most of the time it seems like I myself could have done a far better job in 4h than Custom Maids. It's a bit of a bummer to have to come home on cleaning day and finish a cleaning, which seems to happen more and more. UPDATE: 2 things broken last visit, FOLLOWING the response below, which is really just a bit of theatre.

    They vary from good to excellent, the best of the large companies I've tried

    For big cleans, I go with custom maids instead of my cleaning lady for time's sake. They vary from good to excellent; are much more in depth than any of the other large companies but of course more expensive and less thorough than if you can find a good, reliable private cleaning lady.

    Professional Cleaning, CUSTOM MAIDS

    CUSTOM MAIDS WOW!!! Overall Not enough hours in a day. No need to fear, CUSTOM MAIDS IS HERE!!! I am still smiling at the FANTASTIC JOB they provide. Great company and friendly, helpful staff. No job is too big or small. They send an amazing cleaner to your home. You will be shocked how detailed the cleaners are. Everything shines!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CUSTOM MAIDS!!!     Thorough, service-oriented cleaners

    My family has used Custom Maids for three and a half years, and we have always had good cleaners. I recommend this cleaning service to busy families and others who need a professional cleaner.

    Amazing Apartment Cleaning Service

    There guys are shocking amazing! We had Custom Maids clean our apartment when we moved out and they got the place 10 times cleaner than it was when we moved in. They are incredibly detail-oriented and, obviously, incredibly well-trained. From the morning I called the office and spoke with the highly-efficient office staff to the evening I came in and inspected my spotlessly-cleaned apartment, it was apparent that these guys are veterans of this business, If you're moving and need your apartment cleaned, call Custom Maids and save yourself the headache of cleaning your old apartment.

    Professional Apartment Cleaning!

    I called Custom Maids to do a deep cleaning of my elderly mother's apartment. They were perfect. Their office is very professional and organized. I called 3 times before making a final decision and each time my call was picked up WITHIN 3 RINGS! (Everywhere else I called sent me to an answering service and most never returned my call.) When I explained my mother's situation to the office, they were very extremely sensitive and they assured me that they would set me up with older woman whom my mother would be comfortable with. On the day of the cleaning, a lovely older woman, Zona, showed up (she has been with Custom Maids for 15 odd years) and she immediately endeared herself to my mother. My Mom immediately felt relaxed with Zona, who proceeded to do a superlative cleaning job WHILE interacting with Mom throughout the whole process. SO PROFESSIONAL! My mother now has a super-clean apartment, I have a cleaning service which my mother is more than happy to allow into her space on a monthly basis. In this day and age, there are few businesses that have true integrity and take pride in what they do. But Custom Maids in definitely one of those few!

    Apartment Cleaning!

    Custom Maids has been keeping my downtown apartment spotless for years. They are remarkable. The Office and cleaning staff are extremely professional - flawless scheduling and never a hitch with the cleaning. One time, or regular cleaning .... this 35-year-old business SETS THE BAR. Happy to recommend these folks who I have come to regard as my friends.

    Outstanding House Cleaning Service!

    I recently moved into a new place in Toronto and decided to have it cleaned since it was a very large house with nobody living in it for quite some time. Custom Maids normally sends just one cleaning lady out to clean, but given all I needed, they sent 2 people for the day - a charming man and woman. They did an outstanding job! I was so impressed with the way they arranged my fresh towels and made the beds! Very nice! Their training was as good as any fine hotel. I gave them 5 stars because I honestly couldn't find one thing they missed and feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Custom Maids.
