Rochelle, Mississauga homeowner, July 9/07, Glass Tile kitchen backsplash installation My hubby and I attempted to install glass mosaic tile on our kitchen backsplash but the material is very difficult to cut cleanly. After a disastrous turn with a rental wetsaw, we decided to hire a professional. Enter Dave Uterid...prompt service (he was able to give us an on-site quote within a few days of first e-mail), very competitive rate, meticulous and willing to teach two novices some tricks of the trade. His pride in his work is obvious the minute he starts his job. Overall, we would highly recommend Dave to other fellow renovators :)

David did an excellent job on our bathroom. We had a complex, cusom designed shower to be tiled in limestone as well as our bathroom floor and a utility room. He was punctual, his price was great, he started and finished the job when he said he would. We would highly recommend him.

Mr. Utarid returned all calls quickly,showed for all scheduled appointments and the work was completed on time. He gave an excellent price, removed old ceramic tiles and replaced the Foyer with new tiles. His work was flawless and he paid meticulous attention to asthetic details, balancing the tiles so they were symetrical at every threshold. He completed the work on time, was tidy and completley replaced all the wood and trim that had to be removed. Mr. Utarid was very pleasant and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Our bathtub needed to be replaced, which resulted in broken tile on the wall and floor. Most tiling companies wouldn't even appraise the bathroom, stating that the job was too small to justify their time. David Utarid came to our home and gave a detailed appraisal. He was a pleasure to work with! He worked around our schedule, was punctual, hardworking and considerate. He corrected the mess created by the plumbers and the job looks great! We would definitely hire him again!

I started retiling my shower but soon realized how hard it was. So I called David Utarid because of the great reviews I'd read here. He took over, corrected my work, and tiled my shower like a pro. It looks awesome, and I'm glad I hired him. Arrives when he says he will, and really does give free estimates. I would hire him again, and highly recommend him for your tile job.

We recently contracted Dave to tile our kitchen backsplash after we renovated. He was one of the most highly rated tile people on this site so we called him. He turned out to be a very good choice. He was very flexible with scheduling, and showed up at the agreed times. He provided good input on some details of the job (such as grout colour), and the end result looks exactly how I wanted it to. I couldn't be happier with the service.

David is a highly dedicated and sincere craftsman, who cares about quality. He did a fabulous job with our shower stall replacement. He did additional plumbing work for no charge and gave a lifelong warranty which is rare. He is punctual and only takes payment after he completes the work. David has been to our house a few times to tile. He does an excellent job - all of my requests were met, the jobs were done in a timely fashion and he is very neat and tidy. I would recommend him 100%

We recently contracted Dave to tile our kitchen backsplash after a reno of our kitchen. Dave was highly recommended on this site so we decided to go with him. He was just fantastic. He gave good advice, helped us choose the right materials and his rate was very reasonable. Dave arrives when he says he will and he stays with the job until it is completed. He did some fairly complicated work on one part of the backsplash and it turned out beautifully. He is personable and truly cares about his work.
