I was referred to Delta Air Systems after a previous contractor was not getting back to me in a timely fashion. We were in need of a boiler replacement as our old low efficiency boiler was broken down. I found the sales and installation staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to provide an exceptional solution that addressed all of our needs. We purchased a new high efficiency boiler and they also replaced our old electric water heater with one heated off the boiler. Very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend Delta Air.

I just wanted to let you know that Dale and Matt did a great job on the installation. We are really impressed. They paid a lot of attention to detail (like you promised) and even fixed a few other issues in our garage while they were at it. The furnace is everything you promised it would be. Dale did a great job explaining the thermostat and the settings I should use. Dale and Matt were very professional and we really appreciate the job they did…I know it wasn’t easy. They installed the air conditioner in strong winds and rain. We made a good choice and I appreciate you following up with us. You’re welcome to inspect if you like, but everything is in great working order.

Right from the start of getting a quote from Scott, Delta Air was AAA+ professional and knowledgeable. Scott advised of where to relocate furnace to increase air flow. The installers Brian and Shawn were the utmost professionals, They laid down covers over floors and stairs, cleaned up at night and through out the job never leaving a mess. They explained every step of the install as they went. Finished installation was neat and tidy and looks great. Before leaving they gave a tutorial on the operation of thermostat and furnace/ac and answered any questions we had. Excellent work Scott, Brian and Shawn.

Delta began servicing our older furnace & ac about 5 years ago. Their service technicians Peter & Paul have been exceptional, always explaining our options, even during those late night no heat calls. Because of this we called Delta to quote on replacements. Scott was thorough, patient & professional in presenting us with our options & followed up timely when we had questions. Even though Delta was not the least expensive price wise, they won us over from a service stand point. We felt we couldn't go wrong. Our installation team of Dale & Matt were amazing! They were kind, considerate, explained every detail, answered our many questions & were very tidy!!! Our cat even misses them! Another helpful Delta team member is Tammy, she was quick & efficient in communication & coordination of the incentive applications. A local family owned business that puts their staff & customers first.

We live in an older home with no duct work and needed a ductless A/C solution. Scott and Delta Air came in and showed us a fantastic system within our price range. One week after having the system professionally installed, we hit the hottest month of the year and could not be happier with how well our system has performed. We have always had problems with our upstairs bedrooms being too hot in the summer even with the central a/c running. I was doing some investigating into different companies and found delta air through the Internet and noted the ratings were excellent.I see why now. Scott was very professional and informative and very educated as to where to place the heads for our mini splits. our installation crew were top notch ( Dale and I apoligize for not getting the other gentle mans name) they were excellent very professional and very courteous. They took the time out to show me the different settings on the unit and the best way to get efficient use out of them. Scott's follow up was great and he even gave me tips on how to cool the upstairs without using too much hydro. I would highly recommend this company and there products.

We had 4 companies quoting on our needs. Scott Padfield was the most professional & thorough! As an aside, the other companies giving us a quote showed ignorance & incompetence and could take lessons from Scott. Dale & Matt arrived at the end of May with the appliances and got down to work. They also showed professionalism & complete knowledge of the products. During the install, Scott also stopped by to check with them and then with us to make sure that we were pleased with the work. I had to beg Dale & Matt to use our shaded patio for their lunches; a quiet pair and so very courteous (thanks guys, it was so nice to meet you). I was going to write this earlier but we didn't use the equipment until about mid-June and I wanted to make sure that my review was accurate; so I waited until we had a chance to use the furnace & the AC when they were actually needed. We've used both at this point and we are so pleased with the results. Both units are energy efficient and run so quietly, you wouldn't know they were on! I 100% recommend Delta Air; we couldn't have picked a better company. They weren't the lowest quote by a long shot but you always get what you pay for. We made a wise decision. I do not usually take the time to write reviews but wanted to give a shout out to Scott Padfield and the rest of the team at Delta for looking after our needs so well! With such a big purchase, my husband and I got a few quotes but Scott was the only one to follow up with us. After reviewing our options and deciding on what system to go with, It was estimated that it would take 1-2 days to complete the installation of our new furnace and AC units but they got it done in only a day!! Steve was amazing, taking the time to explain and walk me through the care and maintenance procedures clearly and was very careful to leave everything as it was when they arrived. We could not be happier with our decision. Thanks guys!! :o)

Shawn and Brian were very courteous and helpful. A pleasure to have in our home. They did a great job with the installation and left everything perfectly clean. They were great at explaining our new iComfort wi-fi thermostat. Thanks again guys!

These guys installed my air conditioner in my new townhouse. The sales rep was very professional and helpful. He didn't try to upsell and he knew his stuff. They lay out exactly what you'll be paying and helped submit the energy rebate for me as well. The price was a bit higher than competitors but then again, then were offering an air conditioner with a longer warranty, and it was also more energy efficient than those at other places. Class act all around.
