Great people to deal with. We met their salesman Scott Padfield at the KW Homeshow and had him over for quote. By far the best presentation. Scott took the time to go through the whole house and made recommendations at what we should be looking at, not so with other companies. The installers Steve and Cody are very good at what they do. From drop sheets all over the house to boot covers , no small detail was overlooked. Before they left they took the time to explain how to operate the thermastat and change the air filter. All in all a great experience and would recommend Delta Air Systems to anyone.

We have had many people service our air conditioner over the years and it has never worked properly. We finally decided to replace it and at the same time update our furnace to take advantage of the government rebates. Since our home is 40 plus years old, we had suspected that our problems could be partially due to the insulation. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the heating and cooling worked as well as how quiet the new furnace is. Even our basement is quite warm when it used to be very chilly. Scott Padfield was very professional and spent a good amount of time explaining how the air and furnace should work and he made sure we had a unit that was fitted properly for our home without causing humidity issues. This is not a company out to make a quick sale. Quite the contrary, we truly feel that we got the best product suitable for our home and family that will last for many years. Very professional company to deal with and no pressure is put on you. I felt like they really cared about our home.

I recently had my heating & cooling system checked over by our a local utility. My existing system was given a clean bill of health but it was noted my equipment more than 20 years old was nearing the end of it's life expectancy. As I began to research new equipment and read several reviews I began to see a common reference . It was noted that selecting the company to do the installation of equipment was as important as the equipment itself. Very good equipment installed incorrectly can possibly cause problems. After obtaining 5 quotations from 5 different companies I discovered there are different sales promotions offered that are really just gimmicks that do not actually offer any additional savings. Upon conclusion I believe the sale rep. from Delta Air ( Scott ) offered the most complete quotation that was presented in a very professional manner. In my opinion he is a straight shooter and did not try to steer my decision in any way. When comparing all my quotations I discovered that the Delta Air quotation offered a very competitive price and better than the high pressured sales gimmicks. I have now had my Lennox SLP98 furnace & Lennox air conditioner installed and must commend the Delta technicians for there level of professionalism. There were courteous, professional and completed the work to my expectations and complete satisfaction. Based on my experience I would recommend Delta Air of Kitchener Waterloo.

I highly recommend delta Air Systems for any HVAC replacement and or repairs, very professional and honest. The salesman came over- spent aprox 1 hour with me, explaining how the new furnaces work, showed me 3 options depending on budget. This is the only company I will deal with in the furure

I called delta to have them come out and give my mother a quote for a furnace and air conditioner. Delta sent out one of their sales guys ( Stan). On his arrival he was very professional with us and went step by step with us what he recommends. He took his time to explain to us what was needed for the home. We had 3 different companies come out and gives us hand written quotes or said they will call us with the price. Delta gave us a price right away, printed it out and put it in a package for us with brochures of the systems. We decided to pick delta to have our furnace and air conditioner installed for their high performance for customer service, honesty and professionalism. Their installation crew was amazing, they worked threw the whole day, very professional and respectful, and did an amazing clean up job. The install was very difficult due to the old style furnace and the small room it was in. Delta designed the furnace so it would fit in the room and be easier for my mother to change the air filter. I would like to thank the sales rep that came out and the installers that have proved that delta was the right pick for us. I will be recommending delta to any one that will be needing a furnace or air conditioner.

Our 70 year old home had significant heating/cooling & humidity variances between floors. Our A/C couldn't manage to cool the upstairs yet the basement was freezing and the humidity throughout was causing carpets to buckle. I called Delta and explained the situation to Scott Padfield and enquired about a whole home humidifier. Because we had central A/C he said we shouldn't need a separate whole home humidifier and he suggested we try the "tissue test" to assess the return air flow. After failing that test, he came out to do an assessment. After carefully checking out the systems, ductwork and cold air returns he found a solution that was so simple and cost nothing. The difference has been astounding. We now have evenly regulated temperatures and reduced humidity througout the whole house. Delta didn't charge for Scott's assessment visit; Scott was knowledgeable, thorough, informative and honest - he didn't try to sell us anything - he just found a solution to the problem and it didn't require any parts or labour. We are extremely impressed with Delta and with Scott and would highly recommend them to anyone. This isn't the first time Delta has impressed us with their professionalism and integrity....that's why we keep coming back to them.

Right from the sales call and quote, the service was professional and complete. Schedule was reasonable and met perfectly. The crew for the ducting re-installation were truely knowledgeable professionals, and the workmanship top notch. I have already recommended this crew to family members, and would hire Delta Air again without question. The furnace equipment purchased is quiet and well made.

I went with Delta on a referral from our real estate agent, but it wasn't until after researching other companies that we went with Delta. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. They came when they said they would be coming, and they finished the job on time(This was important in that the old boiler had to be replaced before we moved in). I was especially impressed with how considerate their guys were in cleaning up after themselves. We had other contractors that didn't. It doesn't seem like much, but it was a detail that showed real professionalism. I would choose Delta again in a heart beat.

Friendly Service& Good price! Sales person came to the home with laptop/printer and provided options and clearly explained differences. The price was below any other quotes I had and the service was quick. Since I had no heat the company (sales rep) dropped off a couple of electric space heaters to keep the family warm. They came within 48 hours to do the install with no problems. Highly recommended.
