Referred by neighbour and a wonderful experience, start to finish. Charles, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate and guided us to a very appropriate choice for our needs. Installers, Shawn and Chris, appeared right on time,were meticulous and very, very experienced. Nothing was left to chance and they were such good spirits. We have a family room over our garage that is always way too hot in the summer time to use comfortably, even when our central air was running. We decided to add a ductless split system to the room to keep things cooler. The entire Delta team was great to deal with. Our sales-rep Scott was very informative, and helped us understand the various models and options available. The installation crew was prompt, very courteous and kept things neat and tidy. We're extremely happy with the results; our central air conditioner doesn't need to run nearly as much, and the split system is so quiet you can barely tell that it's on. Our family room is much more comfortable now, and we can enjoy spending time there again.

We determined a new Server Room Air conditioner and new heating/cooling system was required. Delta Air was punctual in everything they did from the quoting process all the way through to the installation and followup. Highly recommend this company.

A professional company from the initial estimator to the installers. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The installers arrived promptly and explained the installation process before beginning. We were pleased with the workmanship of the installers. The office staff helped by starting the rebate process that we qualified for. Overall it was a positive experience.

After signing a contract with two other companies and running into problems either supplying the equipment they had quoted or problems supplying installers we finally happened upon Delta for a quote. Scott gave us a fair price that was not the lowest but he delivered on it in spades. The installation crew were knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly. Scott visited on the day of installation to make sure all was proceeding as discussed. All warranty work was promptly submitted by Delta on our behalf with an e-mail confirmation to us. Scott also visited to inspect and take pictures of the final outcome. We are completely satisfied so far. I will follow up with any comments if service is required in the future.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Delta Air Systems. Our Salesman (Jason) and Installation Team (Dale, Matt & Jack) were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They really showed they cared about doing the best job possible. Jason’s energy, enthusiasm and attention to details were why we finally chose Delta. He took the time to discuss our needs and quickly provided us with a detailed quote, all on a Friday night! Jason came by the next day for an on-site inspection and took all the necessary measurements. He further outlined the differences between the units and made suggestions that worked with our needs. Never once did it feel like he was trying to upsell us. The Installation team worked very hard over the 2 days, and everything went smoothly. We had a furnace, ac unit, humidifier, air cleaner & thermostat installed. They were on time, friendly and answered all of our questions. Dale's experience was evident as he handled the 2 day project with such ease. We were in good hands with Dale on-site! We were very impressed with their cleanliness, especially with the use of drop sheets. We would recommend Delta Air Systems to our families and friends.

Scott was great in coming to size and quote for our new system, also a great help in sorting the paper work. Brian and Sean did a great installation job, and a tidy site inside and out afterwards. Very happy with the job and system.

The installers were very efficient in their work with total time being about 6 hours. Scott Padfield was very attentive, friendly and most helpful with any questions or concerns that we had and overall very helpful! We are hoping this Lennox will last at least 20 years as the last one that we had. So far we have been very satisfied with Delta Air Systems and with our Lennox Furnace. I would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family!

We highly recommend Delta Air for any HVAC needs. Scott Padfield and his team of installers were professional, friendly, and very thorough. Scott came out to our house at a convenient time, inspected our current set up, and then sat down and discussed our options. He took the time to explain how the system works, answer all of our questions (which we had many), and suggested 3 options for us to choose from. When installation day came, the gentleman arrived on time and completed the job cleanly, and within the timeframe we had discussed. Scott came back to do a final review of the installation and check in. We are very happy with our new system and pleased we went with a professional company like Delta who go far beyond the basics to offer superior customer service and a great product to their customers.
