Fantastic Company!
Fantastic service, great people who walk you through the process and help you make value decisions and gain access to incredible rebates. Second purchase for us, service in between purchases was very helpful, proactive and overall impressive. Were in the middle of Toronto which never deterred them from always being there for us. Hats off to Mark, Tammy, Jason and Spencer. Cant recommend this company and its people highly enough!

AirConditioner installation
I hired Delta for my AC Installation (lennox 1.5T single phase). Professional install and friendly staff. Clean work, had problems with my old furnace circuit as well which they repaired as part of the install and helped install my Nest thermostat too. Service was quick to respond and will be using Delta for any future services. Reasonably priced for what was offered as well (including original coil).

Lennox Heat Pump Installation
Delta Air Systems installed a signature Lennox heat pump in my house. We originally had a new Lennox furnace installed in April thinking that our a/c was still working well and was, when they left but two week later as the weather turned warn, the 20 year old system failed. I called Delta and within a day their salesperson Tanya visited us and explained our options. We selected a heat pump instead of regular A/C. Within a short period of time I received a call and they made an appointment to install the unit. Technician Liam and another Technician showed up and installed the new system. They did a great job, installed all componets, charged the system and integrated it with the furnace and thermostat. This system is extremely quiet and efficient and look forward to energy savings and government rebates. I highly recommend this company, Delta Air Systems as they showed up on time, did exemplary work, explained the operation, and left the place clean and tidy. Lennox products are quality products. New Furnace and heat pump
Delta installed my furnace and air conditioner over 20 years ago. I contacted them for a quote on a new furnace and heat pump. Tanya was very helpful. She came to our house and advised us on what there was to offer and them put a comprehensive quote package together that included manufacturers discounts and green home energy rebates. Once we decided on the product we wanted she was able to schedule it for install within 3 weeks of quote. Matt and Skyler were thr installers. They did a bang up job and were very professional and courteous. Matt did a good job in explaining the product and walked me through the One+ thermostat. Would highly recommend Delta for anyone looking for air systems or need service on their current system

Exceeded my expectations
The team was very professional, from the salesperson to the installers. The sales person, Tammy, was not pushy at all. The installers, Julian and Evan, did a very professional job.

Lennox Furnace Insallation
Today I had a new furnace installed By Delta AIR Systems of KW. Two young men Julian and Matt arrived on time and introduced themselves to me and my wife. They were shown our old furnace and where the new one was to be installed and went to work removing the old furnace and all inlet and outlet ABS piping. They had information specs on the transition piece to connect the new furnace to the older duct work, which precisely fit perfectly. I must say that the installation was perfectly completed in about 4 to 5 hours. They programed the thermostat and cleaned up their work area plus removed all the replaced parts and left nothing for me to clean up. Very nice young men with attention to detail and being very courteous. I would highly recommend Delta Air Systems, Matt and Julian to perform this kind of work and provide Lennox equipment. Excellent Customer Service
We purchased our high efficiency Lennox furnace and A/C system from Delta Air Systems in 2014 and have been happy with its operation since, except for the flow through humidifier that was installed at the time. We hadn't used the humidifier up until now as it seemed to be wasting a lot of water. When I mentioned this to Jordan at the Delta booth at the local home show, she arranged for a technician to come and look at it free of charge the next business day. After checking the system and replacing a clogged and upside down humidifier pad, the humidifier began to work but still seemed to waste a lot of water. He recommended that we install a water saver switch that would help reduce the amount of water wasted. The next day the technician showed up with a water saver, installed and set it, and verified that it was working. And to my very pleasant surprise, he told me that the cost for all this work, including the parts, was being covered by Delta Air Systems since it had been such a long time that we'd been unable to use it. Thank you Jordan and team for your EXCELLENT customer service.

Installed Lennox Furnace
Jordan and her installation team are the best. In the middle of the coldest week in winter , one call , fair quote of three levels of product and one installation within 48 hrs. While I made the transition the old furnace finally failed and Jordan personally drove four portable heating fans to my house. What I didnt know is she did that as her last task before she flew off to the Caribbean to be married! Awesome and thank you to you all, you are top performers!
