    Duct cleaning

    Aiman arrived right on time, explained the process and answered all my questions. He was extremely friendly, informative and professional. I appreciated the fact he kept his mask on the whole time, practiced social distancing and followed all safety protocols. Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. It had been a couple years since my last duct cleaning, so there was a lot to be cleaned. Aiman showed me before and after photos/videos and had no problem sending me a copy when I requested. When he was finished he also advised me on how to keep the air clean, and the recommend timelines for changing my filter and future duct cleaning. I would recommend Aiman to all my friends and family. Amazing customer service.

    Duct Cleaning Service

    Aiman was friendly and did a great job. He called before arriving, explained the duct cleaning process, and gave detailed answers to my questions. Aiman finished the duct cleaning in less than 2 hours. I appreciated that he showed me before/after pictures of the ducts and a video of the main duct line during the cleaning - there was a lot of dust and debris! I would call Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning again in the future and recommend them to friends/family.

    Duct Cleaning

    My wife and my kids have been suffering particularly heavy this year from allergies. Dial One came recommended and their technician Amjad was professional and thorough with his work. He also advised me on methods to improve the efficiency of the airflow throughout the home, saving my family money and headache in the long run. I highly recommend Dial-One

    Great Duct Cleaning

    Excellent duct cleaning service provided by Amjad. He was on time and Explained the procedure in detail and was courteous throughout. We were very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    Aiman did a great job. Extremely courteous and informative throughout the job. Great hustle and very customer service focused. An asset to the Dial One team and an all around person I trust to work on my house.

    Great duct cleaning!

    We just moved into our home and rennovated so the vents and ducts were a mess. I called around and first the staff were knowledge and so nice from the first call. They sent Aiman who was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, friendly, very thorough, and punctual. He explain to my husband and I what he was doing through the process and showed us in a video what was coming out of the ducts. I would absolutely go back to Aiman and Dial one for this service!

    Duct Cleaning

    Requested quote through Home Stars from Dial One and received a response within an hour and scheduled within 4 days of request. Great response and service was impeccable. Price was as quoted, service completed within timeframe specified and overall we are very satisfied with the outcome.

    Duct cleaning at residence awesome

    Aiman arrived wearing a mask and called to inform me when he would arrive. He came a few minutes early and gave a very clear explanation of the process and what to expect before he started. He was very efficient and completed the job within 2 hours with minimal disruption to the family or the spaces. The video he showed us demonstrated the amount of debris and dust that was cleaned. He was friendly and pleasant but stayed focused on the job. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will be calling them back to repeat the dust cleaning in 3-4 years.
