    Duck Cleaning

    Amjad was professional and courteous. Showed up on time and explained the whole procedure, as we had never had it done before. Showed us before and after pixs. We were happy with it all and would recommend them to anyone.

    Air Duct cleaning

    Been with them for over 10 years. Recent interaction with them totally shocked me. They said the quote I received, for being a loyal customer, was the same rate 15 yrs ago. When I found out it was not true I called back to renegotiate the price. They said I insulted their business and don't want my business any more then hung up on me.

    This isn't factual at all. The current rate for a cleaning(her sq ft) is $325 plus hst. Told you I'd do a older rate of $269 plus hst. Because I have no idea what you were charged in 2005 since you were a repeat. So you agreed and mentioned if you "got a neighbour" to do it as well "can I have a discount?" Of course I graciously agreed. (Yet another discount ). Now you called back and mentioned you had receipts from 2005 and 2008 at discounted rates. Now these rates were discounted at that time because you were a customer of technovac(company I took over in 2003) to honour they're rates. So I haven't heard from you in 13 years. I know this because my daughter was born in 2008. So i state I cannot do this kind of pricing anymore because. A. Fuel is 1.30 per litre. B. Labour costs are higher then ever. C. My 407 bill for instance is $6500 a month. D. At 269 plus tax. Is $20 over cost. So at this point after explaining this to Helena. She says "can you do for $250? " I at this point said "Helena I'm I not allowed to make $20 dollars? I dont think this is too much to ask"? I never hung up at all! I do not want her business,what’s the point of losing money before I even do the job ? I’ve explained my point of view and she keeps pressing. I owe her nothing! I just don’t wanna work for free nor do I wanna work for someone who doesn’t care about getting fair work for a fair dollar. Now look a bad review,a zero for nothing. Horrible world we live in.

    Duct and furnace cleaning in a large home

    I had the best experience with Dial One. Spoke with Will at the outset to explain what was needed in a large older home with 3 rental units that had not had duct cleaning in many years if ever. Will was so informative and offered a reasonable quote. Once onsite, we discovered this was a challenging job for access to one of the furnaces, and despite the obstacle this old home presented, Will remained patient and committed, and was a consummate professional. Despite this job taking longer than we could have anticipated, he provided the same top quality standard to getting the job done, and at such a fair price. I will now be using Dial One for my other properties and would highly recommend this company if you’re searching for reliable, quality service at a fair price. Thank you again Will!

    2 Furnace Duct Cleaning - Top Notch

    Dial One provides TOP notch service! Amjad was extremely professional and diligent. When I mentioned my son suffers sever allergies, he went the extra mile and explained and showed me the entire process. I couldn't believe how thorough Amjad was. This is the only company that I have seen that (1) Uses additional pressure to push dust through each vent (2) Uses an agitator to shake the dust out (3) Uses a reverse air pressure tool to draw dust back to collect in the main furnace (4) Take before and after pictures of the returns (5) Show a live video feed of the dust being collected. Unbelievable, you have to see it to believe it! My house feels so clean and dust free after Amjad's visit! I will hire them in a heartbeat! I can't believe I wasted so many years hiring inferior companies that are not even half as thorough as Dial One is. Dial One is arguably the best in the business. Everything about them is stellar and top notch. I spoke to the owner Joe originally a couple months ago and he recommended I wait until the construction in my basement finished. I then followed up with Will who was incredibly friendly on the phone and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. And Amjad was such a delight and pleasure to deal with. He treats your house as if it were his own. I was very pleased with the service!! I will be calling them again and recommending them to family and friends!

    Great Work

    Excellent work, Amjad was knowledgeable and experienced. Friendly and professional service. Will be using them in the future. Will was responsive and organized. Great work! Now our ducts are nice and clean!

    Duct cleaning

    Was referred by 2 friends. Aiman arrived on time and quickly got to work. He took his time to explain what he was doing and also showed me with his camera what kind of material was left in the ducts from the builders. Lots of debris left behind in a 1 year old home! Would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

    great service, pleasant experience

    This was our 2nd time having our ducts cleaned by Dial One. Amjad came to our house this time. He was polite, diligent and worked quickly. He explained everything he was going to do. We are very pleased, again, with the service we received from Dial One and will call them back again. With us, they have customers for life.

    Very professional and kind and calm

    The guy (Aiman) came and he was very kind and professional when he was cleaning the ducts. He very calmly explained the process and help us understand why this is important. Apparently, the ducts of the house was never cleaned for many years (May be 10-20 years or more). He showed us the pictures as well. I recommend these guys, they were nice over the phone and when they were at the house.

    Very satisfied customer

    Will and his technicians were great communicators which is not as common as is should be. They were professional and informative and provided great service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them for a hassle free experience.
