I just moved into my home that was built in 1985, and the vents were never done. Josh did not leave until he felt the job was done and done correctly. I see a big difference in the airflow now. professional. I've already recommended them to other family members

A very professional job with the best equipment done by a helpful truly professional operator. Josh was able to detect and fix a heating problem of 15 years that Direct Energy couldn't fix. A great on-time job which was reasonably priced. I can't compliment them too highly.

We were impressed with this company. The contractor, Will, called to say he'd be 15 minutes late and arrived as promised. He explained exactly what he would be doing before he started. He was very professional, very personable and very strong. He was able to move a heavy dining room buffet to get to the cold air return vent which was hidden behind it. He worked quickly, carefully and left our house clean. I strongly recommend this company.

Dial One answered my call immediately, described their services in detail and carried out everything they described all in one day. I was 100% satisfied with the work they did, and impressed that all my expectations were met within 24 hours. I was reconnecting my dryer duct to the original vent and realized that the old duct was heavily linted and decided to have the duct professionally cleaned. I had already decided to call Dial One for a quote after reading its reviews on Homestars. However, the fellow I hired to reconnect the dryer duct, also recommended Dial One when I asked for the name of some companies who did duct cleaning. Joe was very prompt in returning my call and after discussing what I needed done, I decided to go ahead and have all of my ducts cleaned as I had moved into my house only a couple of years back and I knew that the previous owner had never really taken care of the house. The price Joe quoted was very reasonable and the dryer duct was included with the job. The person who came over to clean the ducts was Wil and he actually came a little early which was great. Wil was friendly and at the same time very professional. He explained very patiently what he was going to do and it became obvious to me quickly that he knew what he was doing. Wil managed to keep a conversation going while he was doing the work and I was observing and he showed me with the camera how much dust and debris was being cleaned out of my ducts. He cleaned up after himself as much as possible and apologized when a mess was made especially when he got all the lint out of my dryer vent (totally understandable). Wil also fixed a couple of shoddy workmanship from previous duct cleanings or projects and recommended that I install a drain instead of keeping the drainage pipe for my air conditioning system. Overall, I was impressed with the work and I was certainly happy that Wil treated my house like it was his own and he was very careful moving around. Lastly, though some companies try to get your business again as soon as possible, Wil, who left a reminder sticker on my furnace, said that I might want to look at having my ducts cleaned again in 3 to 5 years taking into consideration things like allergies and smokers in the house. While it may be a few years before I have my ducts cleaned again, I certainly look forward to doing business again with Dial One and its professional workforce when the time comes.

Great job! The price quoted over the phone was the price paid on completion of the job. The Dial One truck arrived on schedule and Will the operator was awesome to deal with. He explained the process and was happy to answer any of my 1000 questions about the procedure and truck. Thanks Dial One you rock!

Great service, the person who cleaned our ducts explained the entire process, showed the live video of the cleaning being done. The entire process was very smooth and we are happy to get all the construction debris out of our ducts! Already referred our neighbour to use them :)

Josh and Wil, arrived as scheduled in the morning. They are very professional and explained to me what are they going to do and proceeded with the job. I am very impressed with their professionalism and service. This company is one of the few companies that use real vacuum trucks. Highly recommended.

Joe provided a fair and accurate quote and was willing to answer all my questions. Josh arrived on time and was professional and polite. He was able to easily maneuver the equipment within the condo building and reach several constricted spaces within our unit. He cleaned every duct (kitchen/dryer/bath) thoroughly as well as each fan unit and the air exchange vents. He quickly and carefully dealt with the challenging condo windows to inspect his work from the exterior. Upon completion of the job the equipment was removed with care and minor debris was cleaned. It was instantly obvious how much better the air flow is throughout our unit. The dryer is now quiet! I am happy to know my home is free of dust, mold, and flammable lint. Dial ONE did an excellent job and treated our home with respect. Thank you.
