    Josh did an excellent job cleaning the ducts. He answered all our questions patiently and went about the cleaning thoroughly and efficiently. We can now breathe easier ... thank you, Josh!

    Duct Cleaning

    Josh from Dial one came in today, on time, did an excellent job, and charged exactly what they had quoted. Josh could see where a previous cleaning crew had been in and explained where they had made errors that would have prevented a thorough cleaning. I have no reason to shop around any longer, they take pride in doing things right! Do not hesitate to use their service.

    Thank you for the great service!We've been scamed before and didn't want that again.We are glad we choose dialone and we will use them again.We have even refered them to our family already.Keep up the great work and your honest approach WILL pay off..

    Duct Cleaning

    Be warned, Dial One offers all of their customers a free washable furnace filter if they write a positive review on Homestars. They claim this is a $200 value. As a result, I would be suspicious of all the reviews for Dial One, and probably other companies, on this site. With this in mind, Dial One does do a good job of cleaning ducts for a competitive price. They are courteous and explain every step of the process. They were able to accommodate my request within a week. I am happy with their service, but I do want to warn others of the issue outlined above. I would have given them a 10/10 except for this underhanded tactic.

    Duct Cleaning

    I contacted Joe based on Dial One Professional Homestars reviews. Joe was very polite, courteous and friendly; he explained all details and answered even basic questions about their services and how to compare the price with similar packages from other companies on the market. After having the work completed I can see that the great reviews are justified and I have no problem recommending Dial One Professional to any of my friends. Will who actually has done the duct cleaning was very passionate about his work and genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. Joe himself installed a humidifier in a few days and again - I'd recommend Dial One to any of my friends for humidifier installation. The prices are very reasonable but the service is really exceptional. Thanks a lot, Joe and Will!!

    Duct Cleaning

    Joe was fabulous setting up the appointment. He was very accommodating with getting us the appointment after having a less pleasing experience with another company. The techs that showed up were very knowledgeable and experienced and explained how the process would go. They also gave us tips on how to save some money on heating costs. Very friendly, clean and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

    duct cleaning

    I just had my duct cleaning service by Josh 2 days ago. Joe was very patient on the phone and Josh was professional. I will refer my mom to them for her new duct cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning

    Joe was very professional and it is obvious that customer service is #1. Josh performed the work and was excellent. He was very thorough when cleaning the air ducts, careful when it came to working throughout our home and courteous when speaking with him. Would recommend Dial One to anyone looking for duct cleaning.

    Duct Clean

    Thanks for cleaning the ducts for our new place!!! We just bought our home and knew we needed the ducts to be cleaned. I don't even want to mention what was found in the ducts after the job was finished. We are really impressed and breathing alot easier now!!! We will definitely recommend dial one to our friends.

    Great Service Yet Again

    We have not used a duct cleaning service in a few years as we planned on moving. So here we are in our new house now 6 months and happy to say Dial One has done it again. Our ducts had been cleaned by the builder’s guy at the time of closing and thought we would be good. After a summer of using the AC we noticed we needed a little cleaning before a winter of closed windows and indoor play days. After another successful cleaning I have to say, we are HAPPY with the service and the continued professional attitude to which the team puts forth each day. Good job guys!!!
