    Duct cleaning

    I called Joe at Dial One Duct Cleaning after seeing the reviews here and I was not disappointed. I placed the call and it was promptly returned and service was scheduled for that same week. Will arrived and explained what he planned to do. It turns out our ducts had never been cleaned and Will was very careful to ensure that each area received attention. He even pointed out some areas that we could improve including our dryer vent which was not to code. Joe and Will both provided superior customer service. To top it off they both were extremely nice guys who strive to go above and beyond to ensure that the client receives the best service they can provide. I will be using them again and I highly recommend the team at Dial One.

    Duct Cleaning Service

    Called for appointment on Monday and got my service the next day. Will explained each step. Showed me areas where some hot air would leak out. Will was very professional and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the work. Don't hesitate to do business with.

    Duct Cleaning

    I was extremely pleased with the duct cleaning service of Dial One. Josh was incredibly careful not to damage any of the recently renovated areas of our home. The process lasted a little over 2 hours and the house smelled fresh and clean after he was through. I would highly recommend Dial One for people who are searching for a reliable duct cleaning firm.     Residential air duct cleaning

    Wil was very friendly and personable. He walked me through what he was doing and shared with me a number of great tips to enhance my house's air quality and save money. All together, Dial One made the job interesting and easy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

    duct cleaning

    I've heard of many negative duct cleaning experiences through family and friends so we were a little wary to have someone come in to our home for this. However, i'm happy to say that Dial One exceeded our expectations. Will (the duct cleaner) was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable. He took the time to explain what exactly would be done and educated me on the machinery that was going to be used to clean the ducts. He also taught me a few things about our furnace that i wasn't aware of. Overall, he did a GREAT JOB! If you are looking to have your ducts cleaned, I strongly recommend Dial One's quality service!     duct cleaning

    We went with dial one for our duct cleaning through a family recommendation. An appointment was set up promptly and the good service continued from there. Wil arrived and spent time explaining the process and even showed us the debris coming from our ducts. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and even took the time to chat to our children and answer questions that they had. Before leaving he let us know that if we found any of his work unsatisfactory that he would come and redo the job. Wow!! good service is hard to come by these days, and Wil and Dial One proved to us there are still companies out there with customer service as one of their priorities. Thanks for the great job!!

    duct cleaning

    Completely professional service, they were very fast and efficient, knew what they were talking about and are very good at what they do. A pleasure to deal with. Definitely will be using them again and would highly recommend them.

    cleaned ducts

    Dial one explained everything, were on time, super professional, and did an amazing job. They took the time ot make sure I was happy. Importantly, I was unsure if I needed some duct work done (a vent added) and they checked it out and instead of trying to make more money indicated I did not need the work done. Amazing. Thanks for being honest!

    Clean Ducts

    Great company to deal with...I sent an email and within an hour I received a response from Joe with a quote...called and was able to make an appointment within 2 days and a final price. Josh came over...he was a little late, but called to let me know (a rarity these days). Real nice guys to deal with...will definitely use them again and have told others about them. Keep up the good work!

    ducts cleaned

    Wil was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recommended different ideas as to why upstairs was not cool when air conditioning was on. Also suggested certain filters for furnace. Very happy with service.
