I own a high-end boutique in the heart of Yorkville area.My store was long due for a "face lift". I hired Dilullo Restoration to help with my project.They repaired and leveled the entire floor before the carpet was installed, primed and painted the walls,redesigned the fitting-rooms and the closets,and installed new lighting system. Due to the nature of my business Dilullo Restoration accomodated me and did all the work at night time.I found them reponsible,professional,punctual and I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them and for any future jobs I will definitely hire them again.

John and his crew restuccoed our home and painted the exterior second floor of our home as well as installed two windows this past summer. His team also did our neighbours home as well. The windows were made in Toronto which is a bonus as we were happy to hear we were supporting a local manufacturer. Dilullo were great and finished the work in a timely manner. We are very pleased with John's openness and honesty in helping us to decide on the project.

I have had Dilullo restoration apply parging to two of my homes and I have been very satisfied with the service, results and responsiveness of the DiLullo team. I also recommended DiLullo to my father for his home (about 10 years after my first home was worked on) and he has also been very satisfied. The workers are courteous and left the area very clean. I had a minor issue with a crack in the parging a few years later and this was repaired quickly without any issues. This was a breath of fresh air from experiences I've had with other contractors

Dilullo Restoration repaired crumbling parging and brickwork on our house this past summer. The work was done well at a fair price. We found John very professional and easy to talk to. He provided us with with a detailed description of the work to be done and an accurate quote for what it would cost. His crew was unfailingly polite, punctual and tidy. We appreciated that John fit our small job in among his larger projects and took the time to give us helpful advice on other projects in our yard that we plan to complete ourselves. In short, we had a great experience with Dilullo Restoration and would not hesitate to use them again.

John and his team did a fantastic job pulling out a crumbled concrete support block holding up our front porch and part of the front of the house and replacing it with very nicely cut/ fit stone work. It was done professionally, tidy and quickly, without any damage to the century home, which could have happened due to where it was attached to. They treated my house very gently. Plus, he noticed some brick work needing done in the same area which he pointed out and then fixed without charging. Talk about super great guy!!! I would definitely call him again and highly recommend him.

John Dilullo and his crew worked long and hard and went the extra mile when I had a leaky basement and also needed tuck pointing. They came when they said and were competively priced. I would use them again.

Upon receiving a recommendation from a friend I contacted John of Dilullo Restoration to quote on stopping a basement water leak in the basement. He was timely and very reasonable with his quote. He conveyed a professional attitude and did not try to sell unnecessary work. He showed me what he wold do and how he would accomplish it. The work was finished in two days and looks great. His crew was totally professional, extremely competent,and left a very clean workspace after each work session. I would definitely recommend Dilullo Restoration to anyone who asks. In fact John is preparing another quote for me to do small job in that same basement area.

I found John's ad in a local Beaches paper, and he responded and visited in a timely and professional manner. My wife and I both found him easy to speak with, and he was very helpful answering our quiestions and offering suggestions as to how to best do our jobs. After he finished rebuilding our front porch, we asked him for a quote on our back deck, which had been removed to deal with a water problem fixed by another company. John's ideas and price were in line with what we wanted, and he started work very quickly, as we had a family function coming up which was taking place in our back yard. His attention to detail was excellent, the quality of the work and design well above our expectations. He did suggest a change in materials for part of the job, and the increased price was well worth it. We now have showpiece for our 2 level deck, and the lower level turned out to be a great stage for our music at our party. Thank you very much, John. you will be at the top of list for any future renos we do.

The crew were very friendly and cooperative. They were very good at communicating with us on a daily basis. The workmanship was excellent. the team works well together and they are able to look at these older homes and be creative in their approach in solving the existing .problems. They were always punctual and worked long days to keep up on the progress of the project. We always felt they had our best interests at heart. Very upfront and honest with us. They always showed a concern towards the overall costs and the finished product. I would definitely work with John and his team again.

Hiring John and his team was an absolute pleasure. First of all, he told us in details what his team will be doing, and what steps they will be following to get the job done on time and on budget. Everyone we dealt with on the team was courteous and highly professional. John was prompt, straight forward and very transparent. My wife and I felt like John was renovating his own house, as he made sure that every single detail was dealt with in the best way possible. We highly recommend Dilullo Renovations and we will be hiring them again in the future for more renovations.
