Total rip off, bad service, bad customer service. I signed up for the protection plan thinking that I will get the value for my money. When my furnace broke last month, they told me I would have to wait for three weeks for the closest appointment. When I told them them that it was urgent I was told I had to be patient. Worse, Enerecare doesn't allow you to cancel their "amazing" service until the year is over. This is something they don't disclose up-front. Anyways, I ended up calling a technician who fixed the problem for $300.00. Enercare never showed up as promised and I have to pay for this useless service until March 2019. I recommend to all home oweners TO NEVER EVER purchase this plan. You will be disappointed and will have wasted your hard earned money.

The Technician (AL Zubricvas) called us to tell us he'd be here in about 5 minutes and he was. Very friendly and professional. He inspected our furnace and gave us good tips and advise; check/replace filter monthly. Keep all vents open in wintet & basement ones closed in summer. Keep the fan on the HVAC running through summer. AL then smiled and said good bye wishing as a Happy Holidays!! With the colder weather upon us, obviously the furnace is our greatest friend. We require a humidifier in our home, for health reasons. We noticed that the humidifier wasn't working, so made arrangements for technician to visit. We actually could have had someone there that day, but it wasn't an emergency. The technician arrived next day, and noticed the issue, repaired, and completed the visit. Very happy we're up and running.

Nicholas T. can to my house and gave us great service and explained each step of the way as to what he was doing. He left us with a very good feeling about Enercare and the quality of service.

This was the 2nd time we had Carbon monoxide leakage since 2013 due to incorrect installation and venting of a tankless water unit by Reliance Home Comfort. On Tuesday Nov.20th.2018 as promised Enercare Installers showed up on time and worked through the day and restored our heating and hot water. First of all we would like to thank you Enecare professional services and giving us best possible solutions for our needs.
