I am many years have the Furnace Protection with Maintenance Plan. It's very important. At same time the satisfaction it's depends on who is coming to your house and how professional he is. Today I was pleased to meet Mr. Harris, Grant. He not just did his job, but was very informative. I had so many questions about the hitting system and it's regulation. Grant appeared very friendly, high motivated to help, patient, professional. He resolved my long standing problem with Humidifier in few minutes, checked everything he could to make sure my concerns/questions will be resolved/answered. To summarise: I am very happy with the maintenance service I got today for my furnace and hitting system and by meeting with the nice and professional guy Grant Harris. Thank you Enercare!

Beware of these legitimized thievves. The government has assisted these criminals in robbing from homeowners and placing their terms in fine print.

Colin is very knowledgeable and explain well the work that need to be done and what is required to keep the furnace oparating well. He is a true professional. A furnace is something one does not see daily. I think that with Colin's advoces I will pay more attention to this important piece of equipment that I needed to keep my house warm. 10th of November 2018, I sign up for Furnace Protection with Maintenance Plan, was told it will be $17.99 plus taxes, one year contract After a day I received Welcome Email stating my plan is $23.99 plus taxes I tried to call customer service few times, every time had pain full experience, no one seems to pay attention or wanted to help and many times got discounted while on hold Finally today on 14th November I have cancelled my plan for GOOD !!! HOPING THEY WILL NOT CHARGE ME, otherwise another battle to deal these guys

Technician arrived within the timeframe and explained the work involved. Replaced the part and was on his way in no time. Great service and well worth paying for the maintenance plan

The technician Mr. Masud Wadiwala was right on time . Spend exactly same time what he supposed to . Very organized and polite and professional. Beyond 10 out of ten . He explained everything to me how furnace should work and how we should maintain it .
