Initially Tech. Raj repaired the water heater but it went bad again. Raj then came back and noticed the same part malfunctioned. He did not have a spare nor did any tech. working nearby. Raj was excellent as a tech. and also as a person. I would like to have him visit again if the need be. On Monday Dean came by and effected the repair with the required parts. The water heater is working . I would like to mention that Dean was also excellent with the repairs and as a person. This bodes well for Enercare, having excellent techs. like them

Once again Grant was pleasant, competent and a very good communicator. He carries the Enercare Brand quite well into the world. He explains details and what could be easily described as "customer friendly".

furnace maintenance technician was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. experience with Enercare for this service was positive. would recommend to friends and neighbours post service analysis report was informative and helpful

The service was an emergency. Apparently i never had an account with your company thinking that I did. after going through embridge they came out but couldn't help. Call back encore I was set up immediately and a service call was made less than 2hrs technician came. And I didnt have to pay up front it was added on my embridge bill. Brad Rodman service was the best. Well knowledgeable , he explain what was happening suggested what was needed . Etc. Everythjng was up and running in no time. Thanks to Brad Rodman

Service call made on 12 November about 9 am for overflow of water from furnace thus depleting water from radiators. Technician arrived within 1 hour and 45 minutes, and said he was dispatched from "37 Dufflaw Road". He was informative about the causes of the failed overflow valve which was replaced. All this is expected for good service of a protection plan. However the excellence of his service went beyond replacing the valve, in making sure that the hot water heating system was fully functional. we went up and down a 3 storey building several times bleeding radiators and refilling them. Thus teaching me what to do if it happened again. he was courteous, tolerant, answered my queries, cleaned up after his work. Advised me of options for a new furnace but he was not pushy and annoying as is the style of those more invested in "upselling" the client than in making sure that my best interests were their main interest. Unfortunately I did not ask his name.

The work by Kurtis Roy and Kevin Crowe was done very efficiently and quickly with practically no mess. They answered all my questions and protected all surfaces working in a very tight spaces

Furnace was maintained today by Jason Quintilian. He was very courteous and efficient and also was putting on his “indoor booties” in order to keep our place free of dirt. I will ask for him for any future work that needs to be done by Enercare in our house.

Gary Murtagh was very efficient, professional and courteous. He found and solved our hot water tank issue quickly, so we could use our hot water again. No more worries about leaking water in the basement. Thanks so much Gary!

Mr. Grant Harris from Enercare performed AC maintenance service at my home at 151 Townsgate Drive, Thornnhill. on Nov 8, 2018 around 10.00 AM Reflected great confidence, courtesy and professionalism. Completed his check of the equipment both inside and outside of my unit and reported his findings upon completion.

Brian Galameau and associate were very professional informative and courteous when supplying and installing our new furnace . They phoned in advance and cleaned up very well upon completion .Job well done . Thank You
