    Heating & Air Condition Service

    W have always been extremely with their service from arranging an appointment to the professional service technician. We have been an Enercare customer for over 15 years and look forward to many more.

    furnace broken glass

    Test for Co escape was done. Quote for replacement part supplied. All options discussed. Very friendly and informative and took the time to socialize a bit! Would not hesitate to rely on their service in the future.

    Furnace Check up

    It was brought to my attention by the city of Ottawa that I was consuming 4 times the amount of water. Since I have the Enercare Service, a service an immediate call was booked to check this issue out. The service person, Yaw arrived and immediately discovered the reason for the increase of water issuage. I appreciated his prompt solution. I was glad that I have the Maintenance Plan. Thank you Zaw for your help.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE

    We haven't had hot water in a week. Sunday- tech diagnoses problem and orders new water heater Monday - crew arrives and installs new water heater Tuesday - no hot water. New tech says, "oh, you didn't need a new water heater! You needed a new valve. I don't have that. We'll order and install tomorrow" Wednesday - No hot water. New tech arrives. Says "oh, that's not the part you need. You need a different part. I'll order it and install tomorrow" Thursday. As of 1:00 pm No hot water, no call from Enercare tech and no follow up from customer service. When you call the customer service line (which I have done 4 times), they tell you they can't communicate with the techs in the field and this is a matter for their district office. They can't give you the number of the district office so you have to just wait, wait, wait. In all of this back and forth only ONE EMPLOYEE said she was sorry this had happened. Enercare: You need to get your house in order. Re-train techs to appropriately diagnose issues. Have parts more readily available for your techs so they can finish the job. Look at your tools for communication and for Goodness sake, train your customer service teams to empathize and apologize! Empower them in the art of customer service recovery.

    Furnace Maintenance

    We called last evening and the technician was at our home on time today. Ricardo Province was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He did the checks, diagnosed the issue and made prompt follow-ups. Great service experience. Note that we have a plan that covers this service.

    Service call for furnace

    The service technician, Tommy, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, very polite and a really nice guy. He fixed the problem and explained what he did and the reason for the porblem.

    Furnace maintenance

    Great service provided by Grant Harris. He was extremely helpful and very professional. He also had a quirky sense of humour, which really made the service visit that much more pleasant.

    Furnace Repair

    This was a warranty repair. The collection tank was leaking. Technician performed initial investigation quickly and identified the cause. Parts were ordered promptly and actual repair done within a week. On site time was less than 2 hours and everything was explained. Site was clean when work completed. Tech was polite and made sure I was satisfied with the work.
