    Installation of New Tankless Water heater and removal of old tank

    we had Dennis Pettitt and Justin Martin came to install tankless water tank. They did a great job, they ensure that all work is completed properly, they cleaned the area they worked. They ensure that we know what they were doing and explained all the required steps. Guys like Dennis and Justin are hard to find. Thanks for a great job.

    service.

    I have an annual service agreement for both my Air conditioner and furnace. Enercare also installed them 13 yrs. ago and have service them ever since. I have never been disappointed by their service and if anything goes wrong they are prompt to take care of the issue. Office staff and technical staff have always been polite and courteous

    Maintenance air conditioner

    repair to water heater

    Had a small leak from the water heater tap. David Lewis phoned and came right on time at 8:00 am. He had it repaired within 15 minutes. I have had Dave at the house before and he is always, happy, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I enjoy his friendly chatter and explanation of what he has done. Repair is done.

    routine furnace maintenance

    Jay Q arrived within the alloted window of time after a brief phone call to tell me he was minutes away. Jay was friendly and introduced himself right away as an Enecare rep. Ours is a nearly new furnace so his visit was relatively short but during that time he was able to point out a potential future problem with the water heater and has me on the road to getting the heater replaced in the near future. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so obviously happy in their work. Way to go Jay!

    Customer Service - Auto Feeder and Check Valve

    I have been a client for 20+ years with Enercare; the type of service that I received and wrong information was not acceptable. I was told by the technician who visited earlier this week that the parts are covered under my boiler plan; the Dispute Department said NO, it is something that a plumber has to do on the Boiler which would cost $500.00. After speaking with many Customer Service Reps. and one hanging up on me; I have cancelled all my plans with Enercare. Moving forward I will be conducting any services to my home to another company who can provide professionalism and knowledgeable about the product that they sell.

    Furnace maintenance

    Technician BRAD BROOMER was very polite, efficient and explained everything to me. He was also very prompt and gave a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. Would recommend him and Enercare to anyone.

    Fireplace maintenance

    Careful they are ripping you off. recently had a fireplace maintenance. They told me the pilot light needed changing. The quote they gave was $450. I looked up the part online and it was $150 on Amazon from the fireplace manufacturer. they at first told me I could just pay for the install fee, and they would install it if I got the part, but when the technician came, he refused to install it, and said they can only install parts source from them. I told them their price was 3x the actual cost, and the guy said that's "How they keep the lights on". I Called in to complain, and they said that they could offer to give me the part at their cost of $200. Well that's essentially confirming that their normal practices is to rip you off $250. This is doing business in bad faith. Don't think I'll be supporting them in the future.

    Your serviceman, Gerald came to perform the maintenance on our furnace. He was right on time, very polite and professional. You are very fortunate to have an employee as knowledgeable as this man. Most impressed with him.

    Hotwater tank

    Hotwater tank was leaking the were here in 24 hours putting in a new tank, it was even thanksgiving Monday. Shane and Sergio from Simcoe Benchmark were quick, polite and left no mess behind
