Enercare did a great job installing my air conditioner. They kept the house clean by covering the floors and made sure to level the air conditioner and seal connections. I've always received great service from this company. Highly recommend.

I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. THE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. The Service Technician Dordy Desmornes was very thorough and knowledgeable about the furnace maitenance, function and parts. He was able to identify the existing problem with the furnace. I highly recommend him.

I signed up for the heating and air conditioning plan which includes a service maitenance for each. They keep calling to set up an appointment and never leave a message, a missed call. You call them back and you have to hold for over 15 min , hang up and try again. Finally got in touch with them for my airconditioning, and sorry you missed the deadline for service. Want a manager to call me and almost a week, still waiting. Set up a heating appointment and cant do it till end of November. Tried to sell me plumbling inurance but the agent DID NOT KNOW how much it will be after the trial period. Beron on hold gor over 20 minutes and still cant get through. Recording said press 1 for call back, did not work.

Excellent service and very helpful technician, I had some questions and Grant gave me some very useful information. Grant was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. He was even attentitive to my cat.

I have had this maintenance and repair plan for years, last summer my AC need repair and technician told that whole unit need to be replaced and my ac performance is poor etc. I had another technician came I paid from my pocket despite that I have a plan with Enercare and he fixed the ac it was just low in Gas. They have sent another technician and he provides the maintenance report in which my ac efficiency is good and everything is okay totally different report. Now I have called for Furnace maintenance and they are not giving me an appointment and put me on hold for a very long time. it's a really bad experience. I have been with them for a long time.

Stay away from this company. I paid into them for YEARS and when I asked for electrical help, they did not show after 8 hours and then told me they won't be coming. When I asked to cancel the service, they said I was locked in for 12 months. I never agreed to that. Stay away from these people.

We pay for an annual inspection thu an Insurance Program provided by Enercare. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime we are told that our furnace is fine we are very pleased. Enercare is recommended.

The technician we dealt with was Rich Webster. He was very efficient and quick fixing our toilet. He explained exactly what the issue was and how he resolved it. The service call was scheduled between 2-6pm but Rich called ahead to let us know that he wouldn’t be able to come until late evening. As a customer I appreciate it when we get a follow up call to let us know this. That way we are not wondering whether they will show up or not as scheduled.
