Grant Harris was very prompt and very thorough with his service . He us money doing going above and beyond . He arrived at 8:00 am right on time and wasted no time getting to the furnace and helped us with the thermostat . Thank you very much Grant Harris.

Al Has a smile that would make anyones day brighter. He does his job with enthusiasm and is very efficient. Has a great sense of humour. If there are any problems or concerns he lets you know.and explains everything thoroughly so that you understand if any problems may arise in the future. We would recommend him to all of our friends and family. .He is like family when we see him. We give him an A plus!

It's easy to arrange the appointment for furnace maintenance. The technician was on time, courteous and thorough. He explained everything after the work and asked if I had any other questions. He recommended extra safety precautions I could use around my furnace. I paid for the service via a protection plan so I am also covered for service calls if there is a problem. The maintenance is included but could be bought separately if needed.

Luca Pizzoferrato and Brody Godin (Service Technicians) did an excellent job. They called in advance to let me know approximate time of arrival. Explained what was done, settings for water heater tank and left a business card to call in case of an emergency. They were very polite, friendly and explained step by step the overall procedure to be done.

Colin G did a wonderful job preforming my annual furnace maintenance. He was very experienced and provided some tips for optimizing my furnace performance. Would recommend Enercare and specifically Colin G.

I do have a plumbing plan with Enecare. When I called I was pleasantly surprised with the Customer Service Rep, the ease of making an appt. The turnaround time as to when the technician coming to the house.

Terry Baxter renewed my faith in Enercare. I have been without hot water for a week now and I've had many technicians come and go? It would be great to have someone knowledgable like Terry over seeing to the final end result. Having to call a new person to come time after time and tell your story to people who don't have a stake in the end result I'd frustrating. It also takes a huge amount of planning and effort to get away from work or find someone who can be at your home. To be given a smaller window the day of an appointment would be very helpful! I had to plan to move a washing machine beforehand and was very grateful to Terry for helping to get it back in place afterward. He was professional and knowledgeable and very helpful.

Dan Fraser and Tom Hall were very professional. They were courteous, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. They did the job on time, in the allotted time. They answered any questions I had and instructed how the equipment worked. I would recommend them to anyone.

17 year old home air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working in the midst of hot humid September weather. Enercare has helped with our furnace in the past and we've been happy so called them. Call centre in Phoenix! Different priority options with different cost associated, agreed to evening (4 hour window) appointment 2 days later. Serviceman, Mike S. arrived at beginning of the window and able to diagnose and fix the problem within 20 minutes. Very happy with that. Didn't push the protection plan but was happy to help us sign up for it, and seems a reasonable precaution, given potentially expense repairs. Overall quite satisfied.
