    furnace and water heater installation

    Hot water heater replacement

    Water heater was covered by rental agreement. Every part of the service was excellent. The initial call, technician that did the diagnosis, call with scheduler and finally the installers, Waseem and Aseeb all did a perfect job. Thanks to everyone.

    service - Water Heater repair

    Graham from Enercare, came to service our Water Heater. He was personable, respected our home by putting boot covers over his footwear, was knowledgeable and worked both speedily and efficiently. We were further impressed that he noted that our Furnace was 12 years old and that we didn't have a Protection Plan. He suggested why considering a Protection Plan might be in our best interest, and explained the options for these, current promotions, and how we would benefit by choosing a Protection Plan. We were given excellent customer service and left with peace of mind. Thank you Graham.

    Electric stove.

    Since mid July a technician determined my electric oven needs part and would order them and Transglobal would get in touch with me to arrange installation. It is The third week of September and after countless calls to Enercare asking they do a follow up and find out what is going on being promised I would receive a call by each agent I have spoken to and never a call back. They take my money and won’t allow me to cancel my subscription before the end of the annual term. This company is corrupt. I recommend you stay away.

    Installation of furnace and air conditioner

    Rick and Jamie arrived on time and spent the entire day working. They were very thorough. When the installation was completed they took all the scrap and debris with them. We are very, very satisfied with the excellent work that they did.

    Waiting a month for HVAC repair....so far

    I have been waiting 1 month now for a repair on a fan blower motor for our HVAC. The part was not in stock and was ordered from somewhere in the US. I offered to pay the extra cost of having the part expedited from the US (we had been caring for a cancer patient at home and it would have been nice to have AC when it was so hot and humid). Enercare has truly let us down. They advertise same day response, however there is no Service Level for the actual repair (this is not a metric they publish or commit to). As others have stated, you feel like you are being lyed to. We have zero confidence in their credibility - the conversations cannot be trusted, and we have to do all of the followup - no one at Enercare owns the problem. This is the 2nd significant service issue we've had with Enercare this year. We are looking for another provider. They should recognize that it's easier to keep a customer than it is to get one back (never again).

    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    A lot of weekend time slot were available to schedule the appointment. The technician thoroughly explained his maintenance procedure and how better i can efficiently maintained my old furnace. Thank you.

    Water Heater Return

    I moved into a new home, and noticed that there was an 18 year old water heater from Enercare in the basement so I called them up and asked how it works for having it removed as we wanted to install our own water heater (as it is much cheaper to own vs rent). The lady on the phone said I could just remove it and then call them up and someone from Enercare would pick it up within 5 days. That sound fair to me, but then after I actually removed it, the company refused to pick it up within 5 days (claiming they had no one), and informed me it would take nearly a month for them to have someone come pick it up, and in this time I would be charged for the water heater even though I wasn't using it anymore. I was very frustrated with the company and asked to speak to the manager, who was not very nice and just kept saying no without giving any type of break or alternative. I would recommend for anyone who wants to get rid of their water heater with this company that you arrange for the pick up of the water heater, and then schedule your removal of the old water heater and installing of the new one closer to the day that Enercare says they will pick it up. In the end Enercare did pick up the water heater on the day they said they would, but it was a month later, a month of cost, and a month of trying to find a place to store the 18 year old tank - which was way past it's life expectancy - and a month which I was originally told would only take 1-5 business days for them to pick up. In the end I felt Enercare was just trying to make my life difficult as they were losing me as a customer, and was doing everything in their power to make the experience difficult and unpleasant

    Air Conditioning annual maintenance

    Technician called while he was on his way to our house. Was on time, polite and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Definitely recommend this service. We have been enrolled with it for a few years now and are very happy!
