Customer service wasn't able to schedule appointment for A/C repair on August 29th. When finally scheduled after one hour on the phone and few connection breakups, they sent service technician to the wrong address!!!! I've got three emails confirming three different appointments for the same day on wrong address than two other emails confirming that the service has been provided!!!
I wasted more than an hour on the phone with three different representatives to explain that the system has a wrong address but seem that they simply couldn't understand that it may be their system error. I requested to speak with a manager but I was transferred from one technician to another. Finally, I was able to speak with a lady, Kathleen (employee number or code PRTKKENN?) which, I hoped corrected the system error. Unfortunately, she was not able to send your technician to my address the same day.
I wasted one whole afternoon waiting technician to come that I am wasting, as I'm typing this, another morning waiting technician to come again. All your customer service was capable is to try to sell me maintenance plan. I don't mind to pay for the proper service but unfortunately your customer service is awful and it can be trusted. maybe your field technician are better, I hope.

Enercare, I thought until yesterday, is a reliable company with a good reputation but my personal experience is quite opposite of that. If I can give a negative mark for the service, I would do that.
