    Hot water tank

    Hot water tank died, booking repacement was easy, quick, comprehensive and very professional - installers were professional, personable and knowledgeable. Great team effort to get hot water to our family!

    maintenance call

    Although booking the call had to be done months in advance the service worker knew his business. A courtious & thorough worker. Reviewed & explained the work done. Made helpful recommendations.

    Air Conditioner

    Kevin Connolly was friendly and efficient. He found the problem, explained what our problem was and fixed the issue. We were completely covered for the above mentioned price as we had paid for the extended warranty. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided by Kevin through Enercare.

    Mr and Mrs John Smith

    Paul Antoniak, like every single rep you have, was polite, kind, went out of his wwy to even change our furnace filter for us as he noticed it was dirty and we had an extra. He was the perfect rep. All the enercare people are.

    A/C service

    Customer service wasn't able to schedule appointment for A/C repair on August 29th. When finally scheduled after one hour on the phone and few connection breakups, they sent service technician to the wrong address!!!! I've got three emails confirming three different appointments for the same day on wrong address than two other emails confirming that the service has been provided!!! I wasted more than an hour on the phone with three different representatives to explain that the system has a wrong address but seem that they simply couldn't understand that it may be their system error. I requested to speak with a manager but I was transferred from one technician to another. Finally, I was able to speak with a lady, Kathleen (employee number or code PRTKKENN?) which, I hoped corrected the system error. Unfortunately, she was not able to send your technician to my address the same day. I wasted one whole afternoon waiting technician to come that I am wasting, as I'm typing this, another morning waiting technician to come again. All your customer service was capable is to try to sell me maintenance plan. I don't mind to pay for the proper service but unfortunately your customer service is awful and it can be trusted. maybe your field technician are better, I hope. I requested to speak with manager and i was told that he or she will give me a call. Enercare, I thought until yesterday, is a reliable company with a good reputation but my personal experience is quite opposite of that. If I can give a negative mark for the service, I would do that.

    Maintenance service on AC

    Excellent job . Happy and satisfied and fir sure will be recommending to friends. No problem from booking the appointment , ff up from technician that he is on his way, promptness, respectful on the the property and completed job as expected.

    Professional, timely, friendly service. Technician was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and knew his job. He had his work done, and explained what he was doing so that I understood what he had accomplished.

    Install of Tankless Water heater and Central Air unit

    My home is 109 years old with a low unfinished basement and old fuse panel therefore making the working conditions not great. Peter and Denis were very professional and seemed to take pride in their work. My experience with Enercare started great with Todd and ended equally great with Peter and Denis. Totally would recommend!!!

    Air conditioning maintainance

    Grant Harris gave us excellent service. He was polite and friendly, and explained clearly how to change the filter, how to manage the humidifier and how educated us on how to maintain our appliances.

    Enersave Airconditioner Inspection

    The Enersave technician, Danny McCleod, was friendly and professional and did a thorough inspection of my central airconditioning system. He reveiwed his findings with me ensuring that I understood all of the technical aspects. Overall, it was a terrific experience and totally satisfactory. Congratulations on a job well done!
