    Furnace and air conditioner maintenance

    The service person representing Enercare, Wajid Lodhi, was the best rep I've had from the company. He was thorough, careful and very pleasant. If I were rating him and not Enercare as a whole, I would have scored him a 10. I would like him to be the person who services my furnace and air conditioner next year.

    a/c

    John MacArthur serviced my a/c, he was on time,did a great job and explained what had caused my problem. Good experience. Will arrange service in the future for both my furnace and a/c.

    hot water tank

    The technicians were very friendly, outgoing, efficient, took the time to explain the other problems we will soon face, such as our furnace is nearing the end of its life, Took very good care of our property by laying down mats to avoid any issues with our flooring. I would definitely recommend ENERCARE to everyone who is need of A HOT WATER TANKS, AIR CONDITIONING & FURNACES, and any other service they provide, I will definitely have them back for my central air and furnace, sincerely Gail Booth Peterborough,Ont.

    water heater

    fast and friendly..was here within time frame why would the review require a 30 word minimum?. I 'm typing this just to be able to post...seems ineffecient and not productive

    Grant Harris jpost

    Third time technician as done annual inspection on my air-conditioning. He is friendly, courteous, and competent. What I like best is that he explains exactly what he is doing, the readings he is getting and his observations. He explains any concerns clearly and provides solutions in order to prevent problems in the future.

    Yearly furnace check

    We were very please with the Enercare Service representative - Grant Harris. This personal service confirms the value of our service plan. He explained what he had done and told us of options that we may have to deal with.

    Home equipments

    I am very happy and satisfied with excellent customer service provided by Mr. Greg Munshaw, Energy Management Consultant , when I purchase a new furnace, tankless water heater and water purifier in October 2017. He facilitated very well for the assessment, purchase and installation of all equipments. Greg is always there willing to help out and followed up with my concerns and issues related to my new home equipments. In fact, I just got my check rebates from Energy. Thanks a lot Greg!

    The WORSE customer service ever!

    Tried to switch for a new water tank as insurance request that. I was told the tank qas only 11 years old so no! I purchased a brank new tank somewhere else. Then called EnerCare to pick up disconnected tank. The customer service rep didn't want to do so & tried to sell me. I told her I needed the tank remove. But she kept going on her sale pitch telling me it was part of their procedure! I told her I was using my 1/2 hr lunch to call & needed the appointment book right away. She still gone on her full pitch. Finally after 4 requested & telling I was not interested, not care..... she finally scheduled the pick up appointment. This call took over 45 mins! P/u was good. Even tec said call to ask for refund tank p/u fee as what I gone thru was not right. Spk to manager who confirmed everything I told her. Put me on hold. Came back and told me she scheduled her staff extra training and that's it. I could not believe what I was hearing. I told her that's good & asked for tank p/u refund. She told me no but tried to give me non-sincere apology. Asked her how she would feel if she was me. She said she would be p*ssed off. I said so why didn't she at least give good gesture. She tried her standard apology again. I told her to keep it. Then ask the standard "Is there anything else I can do for you?" Will never deal w/EnerCare again! The WORSE place ever!

    Cooling & heating systems

    Mirza was the energy Mgmt consultant who helped us to select the proper equipment recently. Mirza was very knowledgeable, liable and efficient. He is truly a top-notch sales professional in his industry. We have no hesitation to vouch for his excellent work ethics to any of his potential clients

    AC Service

    Today we had an annual service for our AC. The service was performed by Grant Harris of Enercare. We are very happy for this service and Grant did an excellent job. He gave us brief instructions how to maintain our new AC.
