Just got my Carrier Air Conditionner installed by Jeff and Jamie, what a team, they did not only the removal of the old AC and install the new one but went above and beyond their duties. Two examples: (1) I have had this annoying rattle with my furnace for many years, and never got any other services to fix this issue, within 10 seconds problem was solved, he just moved the furnace a notch over on the floor and the rattle was gone. (2)They even tweaked my DC motor output to move more air flow to my 3rd floor, which I never had before. Very satisfied with work over all from the with prep work (rolling out mats from the front door to the basement) to completion. Sales Person Aaron Lowes was punctual for appointment. Very knowledgeable. Explained to us about our needs and requirements and recommended right products. Technicians were very good, timely and great to work with.

Cody. H and Chris D. Were excellent workers were very polite and careful and answered all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable. They were very neat and patient when explaining things to me.

We called Enercare to have our hot water tank removed and to have a brand new tankless hot water-on-demand system installed into our home. They came immediately. A Gentleman that works for Enercare named MARK P. gave us an estimate and thoroughly discussed all of our options with regards to our particular situation. MARK was an outstanding Professional and an incredibly kind and considerate young man as well. MARK assured us that HE would be doing the installation himself, which was welcome news and a significant change from the past. In the past the person making the estimate was never the one doing the actual installation...Enercare has come a long way - this is a massive upgrade when considering "customer service" because the information discussed pre-installation is EXACTLY what you receive when all is said and done: there is ZERO loss of detail or info from one worker in one area of expertise to another who is actually on the ground doing the work. Having the same person supplying the estimate gave us peace of mind and a new confidence and sincere sense of appreciation for the company in general. It must be stipulated that this is all about MARK P. - This man is an incredibly knowledgeable installer and he did everything completely by himself including removing a huge hot water tank from the cellar, up the stairs and onto his truck. MARK was diligent, worked clean with tarps on all flooring, removed his boots when appropriate to do so, was polite and had an enormous amount of patience for all of our questions. Incredibly he promised that he could do the installation the following day. Incredibly this came to fruition. Incredibly he did it all AS HE SAID HE WOULD BEFORE (!) his estimated time frame. Everything was better than promised and it has been a giant success for our family. MARK's work has increased our quality of life - no more waiting for the hot water tank to refill - there is now, thanks to MARK, enough water for Mom & Dad and all the kids as well EVERYTIME we turn on the tap - the hot water is there with improved pressure and the volume of water has increased as well. We could not be happier with MARK P and Enercare.

I had a maintenance agreement with enercare for years. In the last couple of years I have not been able to schedule my furnace's service check up. I called recently to cancel my service and was told I have to continue to pay for the next 3 months for a service I will never receive. I am happy that my dealings with this company will end, even if I have to pay 3 extra months. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The installers, Simon and Cameron, were great. They were friendly and polite. They were super efficient. Explained what they were doing and gave me easy to follow instruction on how to work the new thermostat. I would definitely recommend Enercare to everyone.

Quick service and issues resolved completely. The whole service was covered under my water heater rental plan. I especially like their mobile app which I used to make the appointment very quickly.

Arrived at the front end of the 4 hour window - Yeah! Cleaned what need to be cleaned. Helped set up an appointment with a Sales Consultant to determine what A/C system would best suit our needs.

Masud Wadiwala came on time for my AC maintenance. He called before arriving to state exactly when he would be here. He was courteous and efficient and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with his service.

The gentleman was very curtious and effient. Was respectful of my home leaving everything as when he came in. We would recommend him for this job anytime. Thank you for everything.
