Grant Harris was extremely helpfull. Gave me great information regarding furnace, air cond. and filter. Recommended a better filter than I was using for better efficiency and less expensive. Wrote down all information needed regarding getting the proper filter at Canadian Tire. He is a very friendly and personable individual.

Waseem, the Technician that visited my home and serviced my AC unit - was amazing and we received outstanding customer service. He explained in detail the overall work he was to perform and as meticulous with the service. I was extremely impressed with this both his professionalizm and customer service. I would give him 10 out of 5 stars!

Technician arrived promptly as stated. He called first as promised. He was very courteous and efficient and explain what he was doing and that he would show we his findings. He sent an eveluation as he promised. I have been using Enercare Home services for several years and I am very satisfied. This is a monthly charge for my maintence of our furance and air conditioning service.

We purchased a Carrier Furnace, Air Conditioner and Tankless Water Heater from Enercare Home Services whose Consultant was Jamie Hann. We were very happy with Jamie's wealth of knowledge and his recommendations. John Romanelli and his associate Terril Murray did the installations yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were punctual and John was very proficient in his knowledge in what was required and how to proceed. It is now 5 months since the installations and we are changing our review to reflect the excellent and professional service displayed by Enercare. I pay Enercare for their Home Protection Plan. My air conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year. I did have to wait a day, but the service tech who showed up was punctual, friendly, cordial and efficient! He got our A/C working in less than 20 minutes.

Grant Harris was within the arrival range time. He was quick, efficient and thorough. He explained what he did and how our air conditioner was functioning and he even gave me some tips to better enjoy the comfort of the air conditioner on hot days like today, 29C.

Our service technician, Jason Quintilian, was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and personable. He immediately determined our problem and explained how long it would take to complete the repair. He called prior to arrival which is always appreciated, allowing us time to place our (friendly) dogs in a separate room to avoid them distracting him from his work. I would definitely recommend Jason Quintilian and will ask for him specifically when another repair is required.

When our furnace died, Jamie Hann of Enercare came to my house to help choose a replacement. Jamie was friendly and helpful and we never felt pressured. Jamie suggested renting a Carrier that would save electricity and qualify for rebates. He also helped downsize our hot water heater. Jamie has also been extremely helpful with post-installation concerns. I highly recommend Jamie Hann and Enercare north Mississauga.

The only outstanding negative experience that I had was that I made the appt on a Monday and they originally wanted to set the appt for 2 weeks down the road. The best they could do was 3 days away on a Thursday. So I had to be without a working washing machine for 3 days and my dirty laundry piled up. On appt day I received a call from the technician that he was on his way and once here the problem was fixed in about half an hour. Since then all good!
