Grant Harris did a great job at servicing my home AC. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and explained everything and answered all the questions I had.

The experience from booking the appointment to the technician completing the job, was one of pure professionalism. The technician was knowledgeable and very efficient. He gets a 10 for respecting the home and the work area. Excellent in all categories of service excellence.

They are only good at getting the money. The service is virtually non existant - when you schedule it months in advance you will not be too bad but when you need service ASAP you can't get it. I had plugged main drain - one week waiting. Could not use water in the whole house for a WEEK!

I have the home service program with regular maintenance of my fireplace, A/C, Furnace. Bookings and service are great! The technician was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I love this service - reminders yearly of my maintenance and I can rest easy.

We had Mr. Nimesh Patel today to do the annual service. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional, and he knew what needed to be done. This is to thank him and the company.

When Remi arrived he said he was here to service the air conditioner. I told him that when I made the appointment they said that they would do the air conditioner and furnace today. Without hesitating, he consulted with his supervisor and changed what he had to, so that he could do both today. He was very efficient, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. He seemed vey competent in his job.He represents Enercare in the best way possible. I received excellent service today! Thank you!

Had an A/C check done today. Went well. John E did the job. Very nice man who was super nice to us and our cats. And he gave us good advice about our A/C.

Hamad and Imran came to remove a 50 gallon gas hot water tank and installed a new 60 gallon gas tank and at the same time the changed the old exhaust system to the new approved system. The work was was completed to my satisfaction and was a real pleasure to have them work in my house
