It is a waste of money to sign up for air maintenance plan with Enercare. You can never get an appointment. Booked in May and the maintenance availability in mid July! And the telephone number to call them is always busy or won't even connect!

I just wanted to say thank you to enecare team for changing my hot water tank super fast. I placed the call in on Sunday evening and somebody came Monday afternoon tried to fix it but it looked like I need a new tank. So this afternoon Adam and Cody from Benchmark came to my house and exchanged my hot water tank within one hour. I just wanted to say thank Adam and Cody for a job well done.

Having lived in our home for the last 12 years we suspected that the ducts needed to be cleaned. We contacted Enercare and the technician arrived on time and inspected our ducts. He took a picture of the inside of the ducts and showed it to me. There was little evidence of dust inside the ducts and the filter was clean as well. In a professional manner he suggested we had 2 choices: go ahead with the cleaning or cancel it and call them back in 2-3 years. We opted for cancelling the job and saved $400 to $500. We appreciated the thoroughness in which the technician checked out our duct work and the the return vents. He also wore special booties over his shoes to respect our home.

I replaced my old heating and cooling system with new one. The salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all the options and gave recommendations based my requirements. Installation was quick and professional

Our hot water tank brok. Hamad and Imran were the technicians who came to service the call. They worked well together. They replaced the tank in a timely and respectful manner. Thank you for a job well done.

Fan didn't work on May 26th, service man was up within 2 hours, did not have the right part. Ordered the part and I had a call first thing Monday morning, and service man had fan working by 2:00. This was important as the fan works the airconditioner, on a very very hot day. No sleep for 2 nights. Very impressed with Francesco and Elisha who fixed my problem

Mr Danny Mc Leod works Thurston Rd he did a great job he check my furnace change the filter clean my air conditioning explain what he was doing .I ask him for a permanent filter and installed it for me , Mr Mc Leod is a very polite man thank you for your service.

I have a property in Milton and I'm calling them for the last few weeks to resolve an issue, every single time staying on the phone for almost an hour, explaining and even getting a reference number to follow up, of course nothing is happening. Calling the next time, and there is no record of previous conversation and reference. They have the worst customer service I've ever been had business with, STAY A WAY!

I had a very bad experience with the oerson who gave me this service appointment over the phone. But, the maintenance service i received from the service technician Masud Wadiwala was extremely superior. He deseved high service credit

Ahmad and Imran came to our apartment today Sunday 27th of May to replace our water heater, they got the job done in good time, with out making a mess, very professional and friendly guys, I give them top marks 10 , thanks to Hamad and Imran.
