    Furnace Service

    Our service technician Akbar was professional. He came on time called in advance. He was very thorough he explained in detail the problem with the furnace. Akbar fixed it in no time. I highly recommend Akbar and enercare services.

    Furnace

    We had a furnace installed over the winter and while many issues came with it Jordan came and resolved every issue. He is reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Should there be any other need for service I will call and request Jordan.

    Service

    Great service, Akbar Hagani was very profesional and fix our water hot water tank en 10 minutes, he came very soon to our house since we made the call ,9very happy with the service.

    Forced into Water Heater Buyout Despite Enercare's Error

    In Jan 2018, my hot water tank stopped working and I had an Enercare tech attend to resolve the malfunction. While there, the Enercare tech red-tagged my boiler despite the fact that it was working fine with no problems. In Mar 2018, Enbridge attended my home to verify the clearance of the red tag. Enbridge then red-tagged the hot water tank citing a code violation because the incorrect tank was installed by Enercare due to a bathroom being in the same room as the tank. Another Enercare tech attended and confirmed their error. I tried to cancel the water heater rental agreement because of this error, but I was forced into a buyout of $899!! I am extremely frustrated that my family was put at risk for all these years because of Enercare's oversight, and further to rub salt in my wound, they still forced me into a buyout of their incorrect equipment. Even after acknowledging their mistake, the supervisor was not even willing to waive part of the buyout cost. I find it very unethical that a large company took this approach with a long time customer for their mistake.

    Enervate home services

    I am so glad I purchased the protection plan, I have had to use it, and it has saved me. The staff & technicians are courteous and friendly. The maintenance every year gives peace of mind. I recently had my ducts cleaned and was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this company. Ida Pendino

    Furnace and Water heater installation

    Mark, Roman and Tom arrived on time and proceeded to do the above installation with professionalism, efficiency and in a timely manner . Thoroughly cleaned and protect the work environment. Kudos to the trio for a job well-done! Highly recommended!

    Repair of broken hot water tank

    My rental water heater stopped working on Friday afternoon. I called and they gave an appointment for 9-12 AM the next day (Sat). The technician showed up at 9:30 AM and diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan. He placed the order and told me to call Enercare when the part is received to arrange for installation. In the afternoon of the same day (Sat) at around 3:00 PM I received a call from Enercare that I will receive the part tonight before 7:00 PM and the technician can come on the next day (Sun) from 8-12. The technician showed up at 9:00 AM on Sun, installed the fan, turned on the water heater and I got my hot water flowing again. This is what I call service and it all happened on the weekend. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. If you are looking for service this is the company to deal with.

    Replaced a furnace

    Our furnace stopped working after only 10 years. An Enercare Service Tech came immediately and discovered one of the major furnace components had failed causing the escape of CO2 well in excess of code limits. Replacement was required. The Sales Exec. came to the house, same day and explained the options. A contract was drawn up for the new unit and the Installers came early the next day and completed the job in 3 hours. All personnel were on time , courteous, and professional. The new furnace is excellent. The whole Enercare experience was superb.

    The furnace works like a charm!

    Enercare installed our new furnace. Upon arrival, the two workmen, Dennis and Justin, were very pleasant. Dennis gave me a detailed description of what was to be done. Their installation was meticulous, and their cleanup was thorough. Dennis gave me specifics for tune-ups and warranty. Great job gentlemen- thanks! The furnace works like a charm ! - Bill Clifford

    Furnace and water heater change
