    Furnace

    Wonderful furnace service. Came on time and checked the furnace. Used a special monitor to check for potential gas leak. Much appreciated Thanks grant harris for the great efficient service.

    Great prompt service

    I would like to say that Jesse Bergant came to my house today and did a wonderful job. He was prompt, polite and professional! A sure asset to your company. I was really impressed with his expertise and ability. Thank you for sending such a fine service person.

    Installation of a central air conditioning system and thermostat.

    The men arrived, explained what they were here to do, placed a drop cloth down throughout the house, and downstairs into the basement. Kevin and Kurtis introduced themselves and got to work. They were friendly, worked continuously, and were mindful of the pets. After they were finished, they showed me the work they did, with a thorough explanation. They mentioned that the furnace was old (as we knew), and suggested a replacement soon. I asked if they did furnaces and hot water tanks, and thankfully the company also does both! Now we know we have a trustworthy and knowledgeable team to complete those two jobs when the time comes!

    Heating maintenace plan

    Have been paying $25/month since 2013 for insurance on my furnace. Very 1st time I call, they refuse to help because part is not covered. So basically, they found an excuse in the small print not to honour their commitment. On their website, I went to look at the list of parts not covered by their insurance plan and compared it to the list of parts that are covered. The list of parts not covered is longer. In the end, I have been paying $25 / month since 2013 and the first time I needed their hep they refused. Basically

    Furnace

    The furnace didn't reach temperature & kept shutting down. 1st repair person changed the overheat sensor then ordered an exhaust motor 'cause the old one was ceased. 2nd repair person installed the exhaust motor & said the circuit board didn't send sufficient voltage to the blower motor. 3rd repair person installed the new circuit board and noticed the blower motor wasn't at high speed when the furnace entered the second stage then proceeded to replace the capacitor. The furnace is working well now thanks to Akbar Hagani.

    Furnace

    My furnace was leaking. I have protection plans with enercare. I called for service and Waseem came and diagnosed the problem and dived it right away at no cost to me.

    Furnace service

    To be quite honest I thoughouly enjoyed and respected my technician sent. Young. Very respectful, knowledgable and if he is an example of what your company is striving to achieve, then I am very impressed and will commit to enercare. If you continue to employe such good people........good attracts good and you will never loose my confidence in your company as along as you continue to set the bar high as the tech you sent. Can't say enough about how impressed I was. Congrats on building such a strong and passionate team.

    new furnace and aircondtioner purchase and instal, replacement of old rental water heater

    All employees of company: CSR, maintenace technician, sales person and installers seemed very experienced and performed their jobs in the 'web' very well. All were courteous , answered all my questions and led me through the furnace diagnosis,purchase of new equipment and instalment procedure to keep my anxiety level low.

    Enercare - Beware Home Protection Plan

    I had the Enercare Home Protection Plan which covered heating, electrical and plumbing. I decided to have a new furnace installed and they slightly downgraded my protection plan without my knowledge. I phoned to cancel my plan since the reason I had it was for my heating and cooling systems. They informed me that the plan automatically renews for one year and can't be cancelled. I'm very disappointed since the service technician told me otherwise. I also could not find anyone who I could escalate my complaint to.

    hot water rental

    Just received 3 letters from Enercare stating that we owe $730. Their explanation is that there was a glitch in the system. The billing period is from March 2017 to February 2018. It took a whole year for Enercare to figure it out. How is this possible? I am very, very upset. Enercare, YOU SUCK!!! Just as soon as I can, I will be replacing your tank with my own. No more rental.
