    No Enercare Home Services - Just their bills

    Enercare provide 24x7 subscription emergency home services. To get emergency home services, I need to subscribe to this service which is $22.xx per month. I was desperate on July 15th, 2024 because my guest shower did not work and I had 4 guests coming. I called Enercare and the lady promised me that someone would call me and help me fix my problem for 195.00. I desperately called back but there was no one there to help me. I don't have the after hour contact code. No one called and no one followed up the next day, the next week, the next few weeks. That night, I had to get another emergency service for 495.00. Should I pay this monthly subscription bill? Should I continue with this useless subscription. They don't care and no one called to apologize. Oh, you didn't get your plumbing done. that's too bad. Here is the subscription bill you need to pay. Really!!!!

    Poor customer service

    Very poor customer service. They tell you it takes to 60 daya to get a gift card off a promotion. They charged me for a protection plan which is not supposed to as I am renting multiple products from them and was advised during the sales pitch my heating and cooling is protected. The rep keeps putting me on long holds after each question. Doesn't look like this company cares about the customer experience.

    Worst Customer Care Experience

    Insurance is asking for Plumber's report. I have called customer care 5times and they keep sending me the invoice. Representative starts yelling once i asked to send plumber again to get the report done. CSR put me back in line once i requested to talk to the supervisor. I have calls recorded if someone from enercare would contact me.

    Tried to charge me for something they shouldn't have

    The enercare team kept reassuring me that my fridge repair would not cost me anything as it was under my protection plan and was reassured this by 3 different people. The technician even told me no charge before he came to my house then he wrote 399 plus tax on his business card without even telling me! I called enercare, some ppl told me it was covered others told me no, no one know s what they are doing there. Finally they said due to inconvenience they woul credit me what I Pay a local repair guy so I paid a regular repair guy and called enercare for reimbursement and now they say they can't do that and have no notes about our multiple calls! All my food spoiled bc of them! Don't go here, there aren't professional at all.

    Continuing Bill Charges / Horrible Customer Phone Service

    Enercare has provided extremely poor service in handling my account and billing issues. Despite repeated calls and extensive wait times, I have been unable to resolve a billing dispute related to the removal of an old water heater. I was wrongly charged a discharge fee and continued rental fees for a water heater I no longer own, despite being assured by Enercare representatives that there would be no costs involved. Over several months, I have spent hours on the phoneoften waiting for over two hoursonly to be transferred between departments without any resolution. Each time, I was promised a solution, yet the issues persisted, resulting in accumulating late fees. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls, Enercares customer service has been unresponsive, unhelpful, and seems to be outsourced, which has only added to the frustration and led to unresolved issues.

    Absolutely frustrating!

    Always paid my bills through Enbridge and now Enercare is taking over, I've never paid for water heater tank and suddenly was billed for two extra WHT, called them to tell them about the issue as I own the WHT and they told me to cancel the contact and send proof that the tank is mine and not theirs. I've been transfered from agent to agent and put on hold for a total of 2 hours. One agent put me on hold while gathering my account info and never came back... How am I suppose to cancel the contract is no one is willing to help let alone pick up the call? Customer service is a nightmare!
